Purchased a praline cake to celebrated my father's birthday. The store was quite unappealing. Trash was scattered on floor and I do believe there was mold on inside of display case. My sister still wanted to patronize the place so we purchased the cake. The cake was tasty, hope we don't get sick!

My favorite bakery in New Orleans. Whenever I come back home this the only bakery I go to in the city. I mainly go for the cinnamon rolls cause they are so good & for Mardi Gras the King Cakes are really good too. Every time I’ve been whatever I bought it was good no complaints but the only thing I would be cautious about is ordering online & having it delivered to your house cause sometimes it may get smushed or the icing may smear depending on what you order.

Placed my order a week in advance. When I spoke to the representative, she stated that I wanted happy birthday on my cake. Along with fresh flowers. I went to pick up my cake there was some fake as flowers that appears to have been on another cake that was used already. Absolutely disgusting and no happy birthday. I am so disappointed.

Best cinnamon rolls I have ever had. Very pricey $10.06 out the door for one pack.

My cousin had an unfortunate experience in his life. He lost 3 of his closes relatives in his life. His mom, dad and grandpa were all killed in a car accident. I wanted to cheer them up by ordering a king cake from New Orleans and have it sent to them. I ordered the king cake on February 22 nd to have it shipped toEl Paso Texas where the funeral was held. and here it is March 3 rd. And still no king can was delivered. I payed for the order that same day as I ordered it. I called Adrain’s Bakery in New Orleans like 12 times. They was trying to track down my tracking number. But to no avail. They told me 3 days ago the king cake was shipped and my cousins should be receiving it that day. Well they kept waiting and checked for the package to come in and it has not arrived. Before people order from Adrain’s Bakery in New Orleans you should always get your tracking number before you end the call. Somehow my order was never never done and was missed placed. I would not recommend this bakery to anyone. They never did call me back with the tracking number like the lady explained she would. Although they took my payment and did not refund me back my money. I sure wish this mess would be cleared up. Well my cousins are headed back to Broken Arrow Oklahoma from El Paso Texas. The funeral is over and the have to get back to their lives in Oklahoma. Wow never thought by ordering from this said company would case so much stress. So any wayMr. Adrain would you please return my call.Or owner/Management.

The best king cake! Tastes like homemade!

Experience was great!! Pastries off the chain. Staff very professional

Ordered a king cake 2/17/22 and I’m still waiting. Tried calling, put on hold for 15 minutes only to be hung up on. I called right back and got the answering machine stating, this mailbox is full

I brought 3 packs of these cinnamon rolls to take back to Texas, I wish I would have gotten more. They were amazing, they melt in your mouth. They remind me of my childhood going to Mckenzie bakery with my Grandma. I will be going back. Oh the jelly filled donuts oh my goodness. The customer service was good, both the young man and lady that was working in there was very kind, even when I called to inquire about the time they close and if they had cinnamon rolls, the young man was very respectful and I appreciate that.
