The food was great the service was amazing! Hannah was the BEST server we've ever had! The owner came out to our table to ask if everything was good and introduced herself. We will be back soon!

Our server was Charlotte, We came in around 7pm for dinner and we’re welcomed by the lively local group the Freudian Slips. Our host graciously sat us near the specials board without young son. We enjoyed the all-day happy hour specials and ordered the Avgolemono, Horatiki Salad, Tzatziki with Pita, blackened Red fish with rice pilaf, and the highlight of the meal the Saganaki. The service was outstanding, the food was impeccable, and I’ve loved Saganaki since I was a young child. The best Greek in New Orleans and I Love the atmosphere!

Besides the fresh, delicious cuisine, welcoming atmosphere and nice location it is a chance to experience being served by Hannah. All prompts to her. She is genuinely a friendly, attentive and funny individual. My friends & I look forward to making monthly rounds at different locally own restaurants and discovered this gem by accident and now it is one of our a "go to" places. Largly due to her and the amazing chefs' homemade babagoush, hummus, various wraps, the best home fries (ever), soups and more that never fail to please. The taste, textures and seasonings are a tastebud/palate party.Reservations are not required yet appreciated. When visiting NOLA try this little Freret Street treasure.

People we knew recommended the restaurant. Based on their over the top comments, my wife and I decided to go last Wednesday night with another couple. After being seated, we started looking at the daily specials board and the wine list. The wine list was impressive with a nice selection of Greek and Lebanese wines along with the usual American wines we expect to see. I talked with the owner and she recommended a Lebanese red blend that would go with the meals we were interested in. I ordered a bottle after trying a sample. Good choice. After debating between the fried eggplant appetizer and the grape leaves, my wife decided we would have the eggplant. For dinner I ordered the stuffed bell peppers from the Specials board while my wife had the gyro wrap off the menu. The other couple ordered a blackened redfish and the stuffed peppers, both from the Specials board. To wrap up the evening my wife and I split a serving of baklava. The food and the service were great. All in all, a very enjoyable evening. We are already making plans to bring other friends here for dinner so we can try another daily special.

Not your typical Greek restaurant. The platters don't come with what you typically get at other Greek restaurants (hummus, rice, salad). They are also pricier than anticipated. My boyfriends gyro was burned.Granted, the gyro wrap I had was excellent. Our server was very kind and attentive.

It baffles me that restaurants with tasteless food can succeed in a cuisine-focused city like New Orleans. I probably messed up by ordering an Italian dish (Eggplant Parm) at a Greek restaurant, but I honestly had high hopes because of the location of the restaurant and its apparent popularity. The noodles the eggplant medallions sat on top of had to have been cooking for over 20 minutes, as they were complete mush. It was like eating pudding. The eggplant medallions themselves were raw even though they were battered and fried. It wasn’t a cheap dish either! So disappointing. The $2 martinis, mimosas, and sangria on Tuesdays might be tempting, but the deal is obviously used to get people in the door. Don’t be fooled like us; the food was borderline inedible.

Maybe I ordered the wrong things or my taste buds were off. Customer service was great. Hummus tasted old. The spanakopita had a weird taste. Pita bread was warm and ok. I will give it a second try.

Not sure why this place is not crowded on a Friday night? The food, service and drinks are always excellent!

The lasagna special was so special and delicious, loved the food, atmosphere and service!

The food delicious and our server, (I forget her name Charlotte??) was super nice and helpful with the menu. NO complaints....nice setting and will visit again on our next trip.
