3rd time that I’ve been through the drive through and they are out of meat. Didn’t want to hold up the line so I went in and waited at the counter for over 10 mins. Finally I was told by the MANAGER that he couldn’t take my order because they drive through was backed up and they needed to clear it first. WOW this TB is in serious need of a visit from corporate.
I would give them ZERO stars but that’s not an option.They NEVER get the order right. We pay for things and get home and they aren’t in the bag or they are totally wrong. Let’s not forget to mention they have us back up from the window to trick the timer it takes to get orders out! Taco Bell corporate needs to seriously shut this place down or fire everybody and start over with people that can actually do their jobs correctly. It’s not rocket science.
I just came here for a quick bite but this is the third time I come in two weeks, I have a horrible experience in the drive through. The workers are rude you can tell they don't want to work. Putting very little effort and the service is terrible, always out of something I had to wait 20 mins tonigh for a nacho bell grande, because they told me 20 mins on beef, chicken and steak. Like what is going on at this location I need to know asap
I went and the lobby door was locked they were laughing at my husband trying to open door.. So we went to the drive thru where our experience was worse than it started I made our order which was 2 party packs 1 chalupa meal and 4 nacho fries.... Then I ordered a diet Pepsi and the worker made the comment ( she ordering diet but look all that food she just ordered fat) so I said to the worker taking my order I heard what the worker just said! He apologized but their workers are rude and lazy everything was thrown in the bag .... They had the rap music so loud and the other workers were singing .they lost my business !!
Corporate should be ashamed of this establishment. Just look at the reviews. When i bring my family to eat it is easily 50 bucks or more. It never fails go in drive thru get home just to go right back to get what was missing then food is cold.
This place is the worst . $26.78 worth of food and the whole order is sitting in my fridge. I asked that No sour cream nor guac not to be added and yet it was smothered with it even after repeating what I disnt want on it. Tried calling them aftwr making it home No one answers the phone .on top of that no receipt was placed in bag . ive been calling them for 4 days now
We will never go there again. The food was absolutely the worst. We have been saying this for weeks but this time we have had it. The shells are always crushed. One of my tacos or sauces tasted bitter. There is no meat in the shell. Awful. ?10.00$.
Every time I’ve come to eat at this location there is always missing items from the order and this time the food was cold. Tried to go inside but the door is always locked even though it says the dining room is open online and on signs on the window. I don’t even know why I kept going here but I’m finally done and won’t be back. The food isn’t even good, I wouldn’t recommend and can’t wait for this place to be shut down or get new management.
Went tonight January 15th, 2022. They will literally lie to you and say “It’s a 30 minute wait on beef” over an over. I left and came back TWICE. And each time they said it’d be a 30 minute wait. It’s been well over an hour and a half and they’re still saying that. These workers are the laziest people I’ve ever seen lol. Never want to do their job, just be lazy and get a pay check. Everyone in there needs to be fired ASAP. No sense of work ethic it’s pathetic. But those types of people stay where they are for life and never advance. The day and afternoon shift runs circles around those incompetent night shift workers. How this place consistently is out of product, consistently messes up a simple orders and consistently gives the hands down worst customer service I’ve ever had is an accomplishment in itself. Management and corporate should be ashamed
Went tonight try to get some food and qs usual you drive up and they are closed at 6 oclock. Seriously need to shut this place down or get new management and workers because these are a joke went a couple weeks back and all the employees were outside playing around drive up and ask what's going on and oh they were out of meat. This place is a joke and a half!!!!
