Both burgers were made incorrectly and i got charged for a drink I didn't even order I will never be visiting this sonic again

My chocolate shake had all of the chocolate outside of the cup, not properly mixed. I had to ask for extra napkins since they wanted to give me this cup covered in chocolate and ice cream. My pretzel was hard as a rock, obviously had been sitting there for a while. The snickers blast I ordered came with no snickers and a flat lid, so I didn’t know until after we left.
I have been trying to get their famous ice for 2 months. They keep saying the machine is broken, of course, it seems to be broken, since the drinks have different ice.. really love nugget ice. Get the machine fixed
Waited 30 min moved to a different stall thinking the button was broken…nope! Sat there watching the workers cut up inside. Never did get waited on. Saw a lot of other cars drive off also without getting anything. 3-12-22 8:30 pm

The absolute WORST Sonic to go to. Slow, food is always wrong, service is RUDE, and when you say something you get nothing but ATTITUDE. Establishment and employees are so ghetto. 10/10 do NOT recommend.
Their strawberry limeade slush is so sour like there's no tomorrow! Not goodWas so disappointed!!
They either fire these workers or close this thing down order was wrong the first time they took it back and it was still wrong.
The fish Burger Is is always overcooked. Every time I order it it comes out fried to a crisp ?. And it so overcooked is tough and doesn't taste like fish.
