I have been trying to get a baked potato from this place for 4 days now each day they have a excuse and laugh about it very unprofessional and advertise items they dont have or they dont want to make! Horrible experience

Absolutely delicious food and adult beverages. Their cotton candy snow cone is a must get! They also have the biggest and juciest pickles!
I've visited this place many times, usually getting a sugar free coconut. Today (08-10-21), got a large. Came home, starting drinking the liquid and tasted off. Ate some of the ice, a little off. Then had a big gulp of the coconut, didn't finish it. Was bad.I called, a woman said that the sugar free coconut was good. I said that liquid didn't taste the same as the previous ones.Ok, hung up.ANOTHER REVIEWToday (10-16-21) I ordered my usual, sugar-free coconut. Driving home I noticed my cup is leaking. I wiped the yellow liquid on my pants. NOW, I have to put shout on my pants. I'll go back and get another fresh one, I think. Nope, they just put my snowball in another cup. Yes, problem solved but the precious juice that I paid for is now on my pants. I EXPECTED ANOTHER FRESH SNOWBALL in another fresh cup. Sorry customer service for a local facility that I frequent often. Per my review from 8-10-21 will start driving a little further and get one at the other snowball facility in town.

The snowballs are awesome but the customer service is terrible. Staff are all young girls and they are rude. Also, sometimes there is more dry ice in the snowballs than juice.
