Food is great, but no comparison to the service. Service, management, and ownership Terrible!! Table of 9, service started ok but then everything went downhill from there. The whole table’s food came out at different times, service was slow. Was very patient, but once we asked for management to complain about one persons food being cold he came out to try and justify their wrong!! Instead of listening we were berated and cursed at, and then slapped with 20% percent gratuity. It’s been many years since I’ve come back here and it will be a minimum of many more, if ever!!

I ordered Catfish with crawfish etouffee sauce, my wife ordered the boiled shrimp with a link of sausage. The catfish itself was grilled and tasted fresh; the etouffee sauce was not very good, very bland. My wife's shrimp were huge but they were not cooked in a seafood boil and were also very bland. The shrimp were also tough and difficult to peel. The sausage was ok, but it was a link of warmed precooked sausage. We also ordered iced tea which tasted fresh brewed. Honestly the price does not justify the quality of the food provided.Service was ok, not great but not bad either.

It's a family friendly dinner. The food is wonderful. If you don't have much time to sit and eat PLEASE call ahead to have it ready for you when you dine in.

I’m going to preface this review with the fact that this was not our first time going here. Typically during crawfish season we are there almost every weekend. Service is typically meh but the food is good so we continue to go. We decided to bring my father in law for his birthday today. We were a party of 9 people. Our waitress, an older lady, was very forgetful. She messed up our drink orders, didn’t ask when we needed refills, and was rarely seen. Our appetizers came out in a decent amount of time. We had 5 orders of boiled crawfish, 1 boiled shrimp poboy with no tomatoes and an order of fries, a boiled shrimp salad, a fried seafood platter, and a fried crawfish plate. We got the crawfish first (she was confused as to how much was in each tray(my father in law had 3 pounds, I had 5 pounds and the other 3 orders were 4 pounds). She at first said my order was a 4 pound then quickly switched and said it was 5 pounds. It looked the same as the 4 pounds. We started eating and the others food slowly started to come out except for the salad and the poboy. The salad should have been one of the first things to come out since it is just a simple salad with cold boiled shrimp on it. Once it came, we questioned the waitress as to where the poboy was. She didn’t address it but walked straight to the counter. By this point some members of our group were either finished eating or nearly finished. The waitress finally brings his food with no explanation as to why it took so long to come out. His poboy was cold and had tomatoes on it even though he asked for it without. She disappeared again. At this point, I stopped eating and went to find the owner since they are usually there. The husband was there and was rude from the start. I tried to explain to him about the situation. He came to the table cursing and saying he didn’t know what the problem was. I again explained what happened but he didn’t want to hear it. Our waitress came running when she saw who we were speaking to. He refused to acknowledge that there was any kind of problem. He even stated the the fried foods are cooked separately from the boiled( his poboy was boiled shrimp) and that the shrimp was cold because they are cooked off before they are peeled. None of this explained why it took so long for him to get the BOILED shrimp (not fried) poboy. Then he said it was put under heat lamps (still doesn’t make since as his poboy was cold). He was rude and not interested in the situation. He took an aggressive tone. At that point I told him if wasn’t interested in listening to the issues that was fine. He walked away cursing. We once again did not see our waitress until we had to call for her. Top it off a 20% gratuity was added to the bills ($22) from us alone. When asked to take it off so that we could put the amount we saw fitting at that point, they said they could not. After a while they finally did and the waitress came to the counter and said with a snarky tone “ you don’t have to leave a tip”. Overall this was a horrible experience. That is not a way that an owner should treat the patrons of his establishment.

The best boil ever is best with great friends and ice cold vodka!

I attended this establishment for a business dinner and was blown away by not only the presentation of the dishes served, but by everything that was cooked to perfection. After finishing my meal, upon leaving, i had the opportunity to meet the cook, Holly Cahanin, in the parking lot as she was leaving for the night. I praised her for the food as well as the overall presentation in which she was most humble replying “thanks”. After small talk we decided to go elsewhere for drinks. Needless to say, she cooks breakfast just as well. Full service all around. She deserves a raise.

Excellent local seafood, full bar, great service. Our server Mackenzie took great care of us, answered all our questions, even mixed the tasty cocktails. My mom loved the gumbo too.

Always a great experience here. Super fresh Seafood at reasonable prices. We Had Steamed Crawfish and the Catfish Teche Platter. The Crawfish Etouffee Sauce on too was a treat .Very good and friendly service

If you want delicious and authentic South Louisiana seafood, this is the place to go! Definitely one of the very best in our area, the waitstaff is always attentive, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to ensure you have the best dining experience possible. I recommend everything here but especially the boiled crabs, when in season they only serve the biggest, fattest and most full crabs around! Their seasoning is always perfect whether you're getting crabs, crawfish or shrimp and they'll bring you dip cups of mayonnaise to combine with all the other fixings at the table to make seafood dip just the way YOU like it! **Tip, try the Boiling Point brand hot sauce at your table, it's pretty fantastic!**

I ordered the seafood platter. It was not good. They gave me no crab fingers, didn't tell me they were out of anything, they also gave me fried flour instead of fried crawfish, it was just particles no actual crawfish. Really bad. I went on wed, Dec 29th. I'm very disappointed as I paid 30 dollars for my food. Two thumbs down
