Food was good . Chicken also has been bigger than usual . I love Popeyes . The lobby was very clean and I didnt wait no time on my fresh juicy spicy chicken .a manager by the name of Troyetta helped me with my Oder as one new employee had got stuck on what I was trying to get ! Big plus on that ! She was so sweet and polite . Shout to the new employee to .
They always forget something. The few times i went i always have something missing from my order. Usually it's always my pepper that's missing so i asked before i drove off if they put it in my bag, they said yes. Only to get home 20mins away and have a family fry and the pepper missing from my order. Y'all prices are too high to be messing up ppls orders.
management and employs are very slow and service is horrible. the owners need to have a serious meeting with the new iberia popeyes staff..
Restaurant customer service is wonderful! No long wait on food ! There was one manager that helped me with everything I needed and was very peasant ! I didn’t get her name but she was was awesome ! We love that chicken from Popeyes
Every time I go here there is something not in the bag. This time was a family Mac and Cheese which is my favorite. I really wish I would have checked the bag. I should know not to leave it up to them to get it right.
Really enjoyed eating on the Patio, I loved their boiled crawfish and crawfish bisque! My husband enjoyed the crawfish dinner!?
Place pretty fast customer service excellent: nice workers very helpful. Gots to love them they work hard to satisfy us and they r doing a great job. You all need more people like them to run a established so friendly
