They just suck in every way. Rude!!! This place needs to be shut down. Horrible!!! App deleted!!!!
On superbowl. They dropped my wings (in container) bringing them out to truck. Then went back in w them. When i went in they gave me wings ..no bag (might have been why they dropped them) no plates napkins or dipping sauce. Clearly on Superbowl Sunday I didnt order 36 wings to take to lunch.
My order was cold. I went inside to sign my receipt and the delivery driver just left. If they would have had an ink pen I would not have had to come inside. My order was not only cold, but they did not have all my toppings that I ordered on my pizza.
I waited almost an hour for my pizza. It was all cold and very unappealing but that wasn’t the worst part. The large meat lovers all you could see was toppings and bread. No cheese no sauce! I ordered a double order of bread sticks which come with 2 sauces and paid for 4 more. I only got 4 and they were so tangy I couldn’t eat them. My $36 meal was horrible when I called to ask for a refund I was put on hold it was 10-15 minutes and 3 people later when one of the managers said no refund but store credit of $20. I honestly never go to this store because it’s horrible but just got back from a 12 hour drive home and didn’t want to get out. Never again next time I need delivery it won’t be Pizza Hut.
Employee who brought my order to my car was extremely rude after I told him I had coupons for my kids that they got from the book it program at school. He was upset that he had to go inside to recalculate my order even though he was going to have to go back inside to run my card anyway as well as get my soda and cheese shaker that he did not bring with my pizza. He returned with my card and receipt and not my soda. He came back with my soda and a pepper shaker. I got down to return the pepper shaker and get the cheese shaker that I paid for. When I walked in he greeted me by saying "what?" Very rudely and another associate in the store helped me instead.
I never received my order. In fact, for an hour and a half I waited for my order. No one from the store ever contacted me to let me know there was no delivery driver and I would never get it delivered. I called twice and the person answering the phone hung up on me. I called again and the manager was rude. I will never order pizza hut again after that experience.

My pizza was delivered on time, and my order was correct. Although I requested no contact, it was raining when the delivery arrived, so the driver waited until I came to the door rather than leaving the pizza outside the door.
Food was cold and 45 mins late. One pizza looked like it had been eaten on.
The pizza was disgusting. It did not seem like it was baked enough. I have never ever bought a pizza that tasted like that before. It was undescribable. I just threw the whole pizza away.
