Had birthday party today, food was good, staff was real nice and manager walked around and was real nice. The robot was a highlight and sang happy birthday.
If I could rate 0 stars I would! We went eat at Pedro’s not to long ago my daughter ordered a burrito we ordered ours as we were eating it my daughter found a GUM in her food mind you she doesn’t know how to chew gum or we wasn’t chewing gum when we walked in because we knew we were about to eat. Called the manager and he told us gum was prohibited in the kitchen now the waitress who BROUGHT OUR FOOD OUT WAS CHEWING GUM! My kid could’ve caught something! I will never be going there ever again! Now I’m to paranoid to go eat out at restaurants as a family again because I now checked my kids food!
Food is good. Service is always bad!! Always! 5 tables in the restaurant and we never see a server.
The service was horrible! They served me a water down margarita and when I said something the waiter took it back and brought me another one, The same one!, and added sugar to it. I said something to the waiter and he took it back and brought me a lousy margarita. I didn't say anything more. They can't make margaritas up and except them to taste good when they sit. Then the food, my friend got no meat on her food and mine was cold so she said something, the food was took back and then the waiter brought me something different , it was awful.The waiter was awful. He never checked on us.Then he charged me for the first margarita and I said something and he said we had to waste 2 margaritasSo that was why I was being charged for the more expensive one.I think that was wrong, I just wanted to get out of there.I will never go back.
Do not come here if you want good customer service. Me and my friend were so eager to finally try the food we’ve heard it was good. We sat at the table for 15 minutes and didn’t even get acknowledged! Workers passing us up and looking at us like we didn’t belong there. What really took the cake was the couple that walked in after us had drinks and chips and salsa at their table as we were walking out. I do not recommend this facility to anyone dining in. I honestly felt racially profiled but as I read other reviews it’s just their lack of professionalism and hospitality.
Pedro's food was great. The atmosphere too was great. The restaurant was nice and clean. It is a very nice place to visit and have lunch. I highly recommend.
Would have rated 5 but don't like how they crowd all customers tightly around each other. Can you say Covid distancing. HELLO!
The service was very terrible today food even worse. Order beef nachos & got steak nachos my fiancé order a side of guacamole & it never came. Our waiter never came check up on us either & waited almost 20 minutes for a refill on our drinks. My fiancé order shrimp quesadillas & it was burnt. Terrible service will never come here again.
I absolutely love the food at Pedro's. The service is outstanding.
