This place had lots of pizza choices! We ate and enjoyed the arcade after. The arcade was easy to get the cards and the game choices were awesome. Got some good prizes!
Very good customer service from all the employees that served us. The good and very fresh. The restaurant was clean and the busser kept up very well with cleaning tables.
Friday night @ about 7:30 my boyfriend and i went to eat at MR. Gattis and while we were standing in line to wait to get to the paying counter i was observing what was going on and they had a white girl employee she politely asked her co worker which was a black girl a simple question and the black girl started yelling at her for no reason at all and that’s not how you treat a co worker or employee i find that very uncalled for!!!!!!! Second they were out of my mac and cheese i liked, the salad looked horrible and the pizza was very cold and nasty , we will not be going back for the food!! Only going back for the games. I was really dissatisfied of the food!!!!!!!!
Today my kids and I dined in at Mr. Gatti's for the first time. Right after paying I realized that my oldest son would not eat because he had taken his meds. The cashier explained that anyone sitting at a table must pay for a buffet, then stepped off to go and ask management. To my surprise, the owner comes from the BOH and introduces himself. Though it was against policy regulations, he understood the situation and let me take my son's dinner home. I am thankful for his generosity, but it is his consumer relationship that won me over as a customer! Just a hand shake and a smile gave me insight on the owner's character, now I know that my business is appreciated here. May God bless his heart!
