Never had cold fries yet from this McDonald's
Drive thru. Fairly fast service. Ordered mocha Frappuccino. Good stuff. Clerk masked and friendly.
Food was good. Employee was efficient and spoke clearly. Parking lot and drive through was a little unusual.
Fresh fries, great attitudes. Truly fast food!

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. The staff is always rude and I have yet to receive a order made correctly. If I could give no stars I would.

Placed order, drove home & item ordered was missing, returned next day to place an order & told manager an item was missing from an order placed the day before. Manager wouldn't hear any of the complaint, said she was out the day the order was placed & if anything wrong w/the order the customer must call in & it's written down. Well Kiss that left off item on the order goodbye & count your loss. I'll switch McDonald's, they have a total of (3) in New Iberia, La.
Good food, Great prices!
Our breakfast was hot and fresh. Also, the orange juice was cold. The only problem is the cashier rung up the wrong pancake breakfast. We realized when we got home because we did not want the one with eggs. I ordered it and specifically asked for one breakfast that didn’t have eggs by its name but, she gave us the other one. Now the mystery is solved.
