Use to like this place. Now everytime I go lately they always mess up on your order or make you pull over to wait for your order. Today I waited in reserve so long they came put to ask what I ordered.
The guys at this McDonald's was very friendly. I ordered 30 McDoubles. Had a death in family and I ordered these for everyone to have something to eat. The 2 guys were very friendly and got them out in a timely manner. The one guy that brought them out was apologetic about the death. Will definatly be back if only to visit them 2.
Ordered 4 deluxe crispy chicken sandwiches for hungry kids just getting out of soccer practice. Sandwiches were rancid and chicken taste burnt. Manager said “it is probably the grease.” Disgusting! They know what they are serving. I have been a customer of McDonald’s for over 40 years even worked at the one on Main Street as a teenager. I never thought I would witness this type of decline from a beloved fast food chain. DO NOT EAT THERE! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONEY. Go to BK, Sonic, Arby’s or Wendy’s. Miller Family….. DO BETTER!
I ordered a medium ice coffee and the sent out a small. When I asked for them to fix it they argued that it was right…. However the label on the side shows this is a SMALL ice coffee…
They are pretty fast to answer when you drive up and they are well organized and friendly.
Friendly staff, once order placed speedy service
So I’m standing in line for about 10 min with no acknowledgement. We have Dylon or Dillon standing at the counter with his back turned to the line waiting. His co worker says to him hey there are customers. Loudly and with pride , he says “I’m off”. The staff was rude , and had no customer service , especially the young lady with the purple hair who eventually helped us. She was very condescending and aggressive. Never coming to this McDonald’s again. The franchise owners need to re evaluate company protocol as far as customer service.

So I haven't been here in a while because I have pictures and videos of how nasty it is on the inside...machines are infested with roaches...dirty floor etc but tonight my family and I wanted fast food and my son knew the crew...ok let's try...ordered food but forgot one item...I was told I could not add would have to drive around to add...wow..ok no..you guys figured out how to get the drive thru time down but come on seriously...Spanish Lake is the cleanest Fyi..and no not a bitter employee...just a working mom trying to find a decent clean fast food place smh
So I ordered a Mc rib from mc Donald's on center street startee eating it an the middle is raw pink white an mushy call them no answer call 6 more times no answer call again phone is off th hook are y'all trying to get people sick with raw pork hire some good workers an not some high school kids that don't care about anyone
