I've hated every experience I've had at this mMcDonald's, the McDonald's corporation should fine and penalize this McDonald's severely, never have I have incurred such rudeness and incompetence NOT alone the blatant racist treatment, they consistently are RUDE, unprofessional, they're so incompetent they have plenty of workers YET as a customer I have to wait for over 30 cars to drink order remade when it literally takes 5 seconds to pour ice in a cup, I'm fed up with the undeserved mistreatment of customers for I am not alone nor am I going to be the last customer harassed.They need to fix these inadequacies, whether it be from training or new hires.I won't stop until this is resolved at the highest level, I will NOT tolerate this abuse nor should anyone..........

My granddaughter loves McDonald's. Everytime we come here thier is one certain worker who is so friendly and always tends to us with a smile and goes out his way with the customers. He is an awesomeworker.
They have a roach problem. My daughter had a little roach in her sprite a few months ago and my sister got one yesterday with a roach in hers too.Once maybe it came from outside but twice tells us that they have a roach problem.CHECK YOUR DRINKS AND FOOD!
Bought chocolate chip cookie tote.Minor wait time. They were going to mix cold and hot cookies. I asked that they NOT, do that since I had to wait anyway. Why mix fresh with sitting batch?? They did as requested. However, I guess I'm different, I wouldn't have someone wait, then mix fresh and sitting cookies together. My observation. Otherwise, a very good tasting cookie for the price.

The food is awesome but the one manager isn’t they made a mistake on a sandwich she comes around the corner must have heard our complaints and told us it’s not necessary to complain grabbed the sandwich that was made wrong and literally slammed it in the garbage when it still could have been ate considering there are hungry people out there this manager needs to go to classes on how to treat customers well very nasty when u ask for condiments the only reason I still continue going is the food is always good regardless of the mistake
Both of our food was cold & old. I got the spicy chicken sandwich & the chicken was like rubber & the fries were ice cold & rubbery. My coworkers fish sandwich was so cold & rubbery, she cld barely bite thru it.
My kids love the food and the frappe's are delicious
Service they always want you to pull up Get it together it's fast food.
