Worst McDonald's in New Iberia. Never gets your order right either drive through or if you order ahead on the app. Will be missing things like a whole meal!! Like how do you forget a whole meal that was ordered ahead!!! And they put a burger together basically side ways i got a chicken sandwich with the mayo literally on the side of the sandwich no where near the middle. This has happened multiple times to my family and I. So DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S!

I gave the worker the code for my rewards to get a free big mac then i asked if i could use a coupon also she said give me the code and i will see. she put the code in and said she couldn’t do both. so i asked her to delete the coupon and i would just use my rewards. she told me she couldnt she could just use the coupon. so i said ok thts cool. i also need a quarter pounder with no onions or mustard. then this man came up and was like whats their problem and i explained the situation and he said he couldnt delete the coupon all ugly and disrespectful. i said thts fine ill just take the fries and please dont put onions on my burger. then i paid then went to the next window and the same lady was like here take yall food and slammed the window. my burger was filled with onions. i am not going back to this mcdonalds. the employees are so disrespectful

Went through drive thru with my grandkids. I ordered a hamburger, hold the mustard and ketchup and when I opened my burger at home, I had no meat only lettuce and bread. My grandchildren love McDonald’s but after Monday’s experience, we will limit our visits. Lately, I have gotten more wrong orders then right.
Used to be my favorite restaurant. Comfortable dining area withrecently renovated seating. Good food, but my Egg McMuffin served me without the ham. Wait staff very impersonal.
Employees are very rude. I understand its not the kind of job where they actually train you like a real job but you would think ay least there parents would have trained them on how to be a respectful person
Waited 30min in the lang drive through line to receive COLD food. The fries we cold and they got my order wrong. I've NEVER had a good experience there. Waste of money.
