First and last experience with Firehouse. Got a cheesesteak. I found ONE tiny piece of bell pepper on my sandwich, no onion at all. I could have been just as happy with a bowl of cereal. The cashier was excellent, friendlyand kind. Her name was Debra.
When I went to place an order, the person at the register was taking their sweet time trying to tape a receipt to a bag. One of the line staff noticed I was just standing there and let the register person know that there was a customer, when she slowly picked her head up. Took a solid 5 minutes to place my order because she didn't know where any of the buttons were for toppings. Other than that, its a typical trip to Firehouse Subs. Good selection of sandwiches and salads. Food was on par with Firehouse. But the service? I know workers are hard to come by, but please try to hire some more motivated employees, and train them properly. I can only imagine what it was like during rush times. 4/5 for food taste, price, and value. 1/5 for service.
I got a steak and cheese today with grilled onions and bell peppers.Something was SO bitter on the sandwich that I ended up throwing it away. I'm not sure if it was the onions or bell peppers. I took them off and I guess the juice had soaked into the bread so it wasn't any better after . I'm not sure if I will be going back because of this.The service was great though and the place very clean.
Oh my heavens, our subs were so great !! We got a corn beef, tomatoes, lettuce. Cukes, mayo covered with hot swiss on wheat soft bread. Hot too.Also, meatballs, marinate sauce, covered with cheese, wheat bread and served hot. They were stuffed . In , by the..andNo
Food is good But, the service at this location is literally the worst of any food place I've been to in my life. I just walked out without ordering. There were 6 employees, literally, just standing there laughing and looking at their phones as I stood there for two minutes waiting to order. Three of them looked my way but went straight back to their phones and not one ever approached me to take my order so I walked out. That is the second time something like this has happened and I've only been in this place two times so I will NEVER come back to this location.
Excellent service and so friendly. Sweet tea is perfect and the BBQ sandwich is my favorite. Thanks you guys!!!
2/12/22Good service, quick food. Mac n cheese was a little soupy but good. The Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket sandwich was ok. Not amazing. I’ve heard good things here maybe I got the wrong sandwich. I’ll try again and update but as of now I’ve had better.
The drive thru person is very rude n was rushing they can greet n be more helpful to a new coming business in new Iberia this is why new business places in new Iberia don’t last because of the service. A 3 star was a lot.
It was alright nothing to scream about, my server Shawntarious was awesome. Very expensive
Don't waste your time or money. The service was horrible and after waiting several minutes for our food they still got the order wrong. How hard is it to make 4 subs? 2 of which were the same. We were the only people inside at the time of our order and there were at least 5 employees inside. To top it off they got marinara sauce all over the outside of the containers.
