Cant go wrong with the chipotle crispers.. All employees were very nice and food came out fast. If you go with the right expectations you will have a good meal. Remember it's not competing with ruths kris, but it isn't a dumpster fire like applebees either ?♂️.
3 days in a row, my peers and I came to this Chili’s in New Iberia for lunch. We were doing inventory at Lowe’s and it is within walking distance. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted with enthusiasm. We were seated immediately and served drinks within minutes. Each day we had a different waitress, but each had an extremely pleasant personality. Each waitress was attentive and continually checked our needs. The service and food at this location surpasses service at any other restaurant any other location. This was a great break in my day. Tiara, Emerald and Alexa are the ladies who deserve a large tip for their service.

I waited for 19 minutes after I checked in . I even called the to go line twice. No one answered the phone. Then waitress came out and asked me what I was waiting for. She said she didn't see me out there. The food was good but the service suck.
Absolutely horrible in every sense of the word, the food was cooked and prepared wrong (missing parts of orders, steaks not cooked correctly) drinks never refilled (even after asking twice) kitchen visible from walking back from restroom was gross and dirty… never again
The workers are rude. The hostess tried to seat my family and I at a dirty table during a pandemic. I tried to ask for my table to be cleaned and the workers just ignored me and went to help another table. It’s very evident that their GM doesn’t care about cleanliness. They lost my service and I’ll be warning all my friends that they may catch COVID by going to this restaurant. Highly NOT recommend. Unless you want Covid….
Simply Terrible… the hostess was rude and we were placed at a filthy table during COVID. Clearly they don’t take cleanliness nor slowing the spread of any contagious viruses seriously. I will NEVER go back and I’ll steadily be warning people of this place.
Food was bad!! Only giving one star because of the waiter(great) and I couldn't give a half of star.
