Got a s.west salad and they didn't give me the sides to go with it.Live to far to go back. Hardly any corn or beans in it either.
Chick-fila the employees are always eager to take your order with a smile at least they do for me if you are looking for good food, good friendly service look no further for a fast food place that offers good food with a great taste.
Bacon was horrible and they ran out of hash browns. Put in pre- order very slow service. Should have received a refund. Breakfast wouldn’t have been worth it even free.
Service was not chik fil a style, kinda rude really, food was right and delicious, just the service was not up to par
Food is always good but the service is almost always bad and my orders get messed up pretty often.
Dine in Service was slow for non peak hours on a Saturday and my order was also wrong.
First chick-fil-a to give me bad service, they close @ 9 but it's not posted, good luck having it say 10pm is when you close but it's NOT posted, VERY unprofessional............... 0 out of 10, learn to read

For the third time this week, they have literally screwed up my order. I dont know what this chic-fil-a is doing compared to the other locations but the service and time at this location is horrible, the staff is very unprofessional and they forget food that you order. Typical of New Iberia. Even chic-fil-a isnt safe from the unprofessionalism of employees that just dont care.
Food and service was fine - but don’t recommend taking your kids to play inside the play area. Rat droppings everywhere in the play thing. The stairs, the tunnels, the car.. Absolutely disgusting ?
