Edit: Service was a lot faster this time. Food was good.Very slow. I waited over 5 minutes at the speaker before any one even answered. There was a car in front of me and they waited for them to leave before taking my order. There was at least 4 employees.
Friendly staff, great food and a menu that is always changing and improving.
It was good, have a reputation for getting orders wrong.
Manager was eating and chewing food. While fixing food. Then he spit food out his mouth into his hand and then continued to fix food. UNSANITARY. Never washing his hand. Covid-19 and the variants are Real. Yes I complain he ended being the manager. The employees under him were disgusted as well. Not setting an examples or those under him. He need to be retrained or replace. 12/05/21. 8:10pm watch those cameras.
The employees were helpful and polite. I love the fries bc it's always hot and the food has reasonable affordable prices. It's our to go place when we need something fast to eat. But I'll definitely go back.
To me, Checkers/Rallies is the best fast food place over all others. Too bad that we don't have one in our town. I understand why though: it would be one, McD, DQ, BKing, Wendy, etc, etc, would all be out of business.

During the day it's fine. At night though, no matter what time or day of the week, the employees are outside claiming their system shut down. Either they have an awful system or they just don't want to work....I'm going with the latter.
Checkers has the worst employees in the whole entire ? no matter which one!your about to hear some lip. And i mean LIPthey do not hold the tongue for NO ONE! I would never go or even give them the opportunity to disrespectfully speak to me in any such manner cursing while young children are present in the vehicle. I can't have no fast food worker serving bad attitudes and supporting the business no thank you keep yall shake and ya flimsy weave filled fries
