I stopped by before the storm. I used my app for the whopper combo for 2. The lady called me by name, made sure everything was hot and fresh. Great service and friendly lady working drive thru.
Dont orderanything other than whopper and fries unless you want to be told to pull around. Where u get to watch multiple other cars leave. If you are worried about yoyr drive thru times WORK FASTER dont make me pull around. They never tell you that until after you have paid.I went back in to get a refund but they just left me standing there until food was done.Sandwhich was not "toasted" apparently they stopped early or whatever so they could get the order out.
Breakfast sandwich was COLD. No answer when I tried to call. Won't be going back!

Honestly undercover boss should visit this establishment..I am sure the CEO wouldn't go for this...lazy workers.. restaurant nasty, no one taking orders at the drive-thru..sit in line for 20 mins because you are stuck since there is someone behind you and in front of you. still no one takes the cars order ahead of you... when they finally take your order and you get to the front..you are asked to reverse where the timers look good.. why do we have to do that for subpar services? Food is either hard or cold.. this restaurant really needs to get it together.. or hire people who ACTUALLY want to do their work...the only pleasant thing about this is the older lady that works during breakfast... she is always so pleasant & sweet❤❤
It gets 1 star because the nice lady at least tried to fix the issue, although she was not able to, she at least tried.The young man cashier at drive & wait was useless, he purposely gave me a med coffee & then tried to say it was a large, then he admitted they don't have large coffee cups, so I asked for the difference to be put back on my cc, he slammed shut the window, said "I can't be bothered with that", that's when the nice lady came into the window. This young man needs considerably more training to be a cashier at a fast food place.Then I left, looked in bag no syrup for french toast, I came back through line bc doors are locked, I tried going in, young man would not even open window or look at me, just walked away.Idk if this place does good, but doubt it, bc I'm sitting in my vehicle at the store next door & hv only seen 1 car since I left (30 minutes or so). Everyone else is probably like me 1 & done.
Food was good & fresh. Love the jalapeño cheese bites.
