Undercooked and cold food. The place is dirty
The last few times I visited and ordered, the bread was not fresh. Their service is slow, and they're not the friendliest workers.
No one gives attention and did not take proper orders look like they just paying inside no one stand properly and assist the customer
Clean and order was received and service was quick
Usually have good comments but this time the drive thru had attitude from taking the order to giving order at the window. No smile no acknowledgment.
Services was great and the food was hot, fast an prepared to perfection..
I visited this restaurant on the afternoon of 12/29/2021 and was sorry I did! The cashier COULD NOT understand a simple order and the other women behind the counter were talking loudly about their cell phones and who called. This is SO GHETTO.
I had the #2 Combo, and the burger did not have the grill flavor as advertised

After bad experience with other bk and telling other bk I was coming to this one, don't know if manager of other one called this one because they were very rude just like the last one. Arrived at this one 20 minutes later from leaving the other bk and they tell me it's going to be very long wait. I said no prob. I then asked, may I asked why their is going to be a long wait (I'm the only customer around). Lady said, I told you its because the cash registers are down. I told her, no ma'am, you didn't. You just said that it was going to a long delay but I do appreciate you telling me the reason for the long delay. I'll just say the 2 ladies had one thing in common besides their unprofessionalism and rudeness and leave it at that.
