About as professional as a group of middle school kids. Don't bother letting them know that they messed up your order.
Never been there, but it sounds terrible
Never would I have thought that burger King on Parkview would have such rude workers. I ordered 2 meals. The fries was not cooked all the way. My chicken sandwich was cold and tasted old. Than I try to call them 2 let them know and the pick up the phone and hang up not once but twice. I will be calling in the morning to talk to the GM IM VERY UPSET 30 DOLLAR OF A WASTE
The food is always cold, very poor customer service, rude employees and the order is always wrong

This is the worst location in the United States. I’ve had company come in from out of town that agree. Update they still suck everyone is on their phone and the tater tot’s are ice cold
Went there Sept 20th at 10pm. I ordered #1. Lady said they didn't have water or drinks. Couldn't understand what she said. I said no food? Lady said, I already told you we have no water or drinks. Very rude and unprofessional. I said, oh ok. No problem. Asked again for number 1, number 3 and to substitute fries for onion rings. She told me they were done selling onion rings for the night. Ok, whatever. Then asked for cheddar pepper order. Sorry we out of that too.With the original snide comment, I was now done. I told her, nevermind, I'm going to burger king on center street where they have things in order. She said, fine, go right ahead.Rude, unprofessional, no business in service industry.
The Burger King on Parkview is complete trash. Employees cursing out customers. Running out of whoppers and fries? That is doubtful. The staff is just being lazy. Get rid of the terrible employees and clean the place up.
Had nothing to offer.. nor condiments or drinks. Food was pre cooked and cold.
Went to Burger King for breakfast its like they are little pissoff monkeys ? working the drive through get a grip people life isn't that bad y'all need Jesus in your life.
