Not from the south so I've never had Zaxby's before. Really sad I was missing out on great chicken this whole time. Fire chicken tenders here
Ok so first off, the cashier didn’t know what he was doing. He sat there with a blank stare and wouldn’t even speak, and if he did, it was to quiet to hear. Then, they wouldn’t give us our order… people that came in way after us got their food, ate, and then left while we were left sitting there. So after 45 minutes my mom got up to see what the problem was and the lady caught an attitude and was talking smack about how mom needed to wait and understand that it took time and she was stressed out when she was doing the bare minimum, a poor job at best. She was even talking about my mom to her co-workers, and she thinks my mom didn’t see/hear her but she did! They couldn’t get their lives together and get us our food, then wanted to catch an attitude with us. Seems kinda unorganized and slow. Definitely won’t be back for lack of class and service.
My food was ok. I asked for ketchup and sauce and i didn't get either. Nor did i get any paper towels.
Food was pretty good but had to wait 15 minutes to get my order.
The chicken there is the best that I’ve ate from a restaurant. If I ever have to pick up food that is my first choice always!
Forgot the entire chicken patty on my spicy club sandwich and the fat cow of a manager couldn’t even apologize nor offer anything to make up for it. Will not be going back, and this post should truly be a 0/5 stars.

25 minute wait time with 2 orders in front of mine. The family that ordered in front of me got there’s in 10 minutes. The lady in front got hers 10 minutes before me. The guy that ordered 3 orders behind me got his in 5 minutes. The guy that ordered the same time I did waited 35 minutes. The employee’s talked and played the entire time but was getting the drive through orders out quickly even though it wasn’t that busy inside. I will never eat here again. The food was cold. This place suck’s!
The lights are always off at night in the parking lot and the line is so slow it’s an easy hour long process. I’m good.
Very professional and helpful staff. Excellent customer service. Food was hot and fast.
