Stopped by the other day on my way home, quick order pickup is a breeze, very busy, but fast pickup.
The lady that took our order over the phone was soo rude! After giving our name, she said anything else? Well yea I’d like to place an order…. ? then after she told us the total she immediately hung up. Didn’t say thank you or bye. Or even ask for form of payment. She sounded mad that we called to place an order. If you don’t wanna take orders then maybe you should go home. Yes it’s almost 11 at night. The place closes at 12. Maybe instead of having poor customer service and causing people to turn away from the business and basically running customers off she could just go find another job. Customers is why she has that job… and whoever the manager is, they need to fire her! People like that is how businesses go out of business! Clean up ?

I like my wings WET. Selling Wings, they never get it. If you're going to sell wings, you should know the lingo' / terminology. Don't like it like i used too. The Quality of many places, has gone down.... prices, up
Absolutely the worst service I have ever received in a wing stop in all my travels. Tatyana took my order at the counter and was very rude and acted offended that I wanted to dine in and not get my meal to go. I don't recall ever being treated so rudely. The other employees were nice. Food was good, just blown away by way I treated while ordering my food.

If you like hot, flat soda and rubbery, lukewarm chicken with cold fries, then look no further! This location is pure lukewarm trash.
The customer service is non existing, ie rude and just don't care the food is either over cooked or under cooked, it's just ridiculous the management is rude as well and the owners doesn't care because this behavior has been like this for years and I haven't spent money here in years , Sterlington rd nor they're location in west monroe even Copeland has terrible food and customer service but can anyone expect because they all have the same owners, smh shame on them.
