Great food and excellent customer service; what more could you ask for? They have amazing choices highly recommended.
The staff was very friendly. I was greeted immediately and well taken care of. It was kind of noisy in the restaurant, but that is to be expected.
It had literally been years since I had Whataburger and now I remember why. EXTREMELY underwhelming. Fries are terrible and burger is mediocre. Service was great, only reason it got 3 stars. Won't be back anytime soon.
I love Whataburger, they must have been having a bad day. First time at this one. The patty was like a mini burger in a jumbo bun.

There usely rude they never have able to make a shack one night they substituted it with a drpepper that cost don't even add up then one night they could not refund my money called the 1800 number they never refunded nothing I use to love whataburger when I was younger but now I hate having to go
Outstanding customer service! I drove through this morning and made an error at the drive-through placing my order but they so very quickly helped me get it straightened out and we’re so friendly about it! I felt terrible but they were so kind about it!
My visit at whataburger was very bad because the associates and suppose to be manager on the night shift was playing on the phone and hanging up in my face and I couldn't talk to the manager about my order. My good was cold and I think if you spending your money on fast food you deserve fresh food. And I think if the district manager, general manager, or store manager knew their workers were caring out like this thay will not be employed very unprofessional and I'm not please with my order for this first time and the customer service.
