This is the absolute worst Wendy's in Ouachita Parish! On multiple occasions I have received my drive-thru order missing items that I have paid for. I'm not a fan of the drive-thru in general, but this location often had it dining area closed. After alerting them that I was missing 2 Hot Honey Chicken sandwiches, the employee that brought it out to me had an attitude. I asked him why he had an attitude with me because they got my order wrong and he acted like he wanted to fight me. I called the number on the receipt and they were no help and did absolutely nothing about the situation.
FOOD WAS GREAT AND EASY TO PICK UP. I ORDERED THROUGH THE APP BUT YOU STILL CANT GO INSIDE THOUGH. YOU HAVE TO STATE YOUR NAME AT THE DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW AND THEY WILL HAVE YOU ORDER READY FOR YOU.
