It is a Starbucks lol. Not a particularly amazing one, but you'll get your drink/snacks! The parking lot is small and shared with a nearby gas station, and the drive thru also goes through the gas station lot. When the line gets long enough (6 or 7 vehicles) it blocks a section of the lot along the side of the building. When it gets really busy there is a line of cars, cutting off the Starbucks lot from the gas station lot. I figure it's a relatively small complaint, but noteworthy.

My daughter and her friends have to have Starbucks when we're in Monroe so I swing by always great service never a unhappy consumer she always comes out smiling lol

I was all too quickly reminded why I stopped using this location. Service was absolutely horrible! One of the most unfriendly staff I have ever dealt with at a Starbucks. After doubling the price of our drinks they no longer allow a customer to use sweeteners or fill their own cups with half-and-half. Charging for every inch was the exact words of the RUDE employee behind the counter. FYI, you’re a coffee shop, when a customer asks you to add sweeteners and half-and-half do not argue with them! Especially after they have paid nearly 7 dollars for 1 drink.

Always good service, this location will run out of popular items fast, and the dru-thru is long at peak times. But that's because this is a very popular location.

The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I get that it’s busy in the mornings , but by the same token they should slow down to get the orders right. And also need to start practicing not putting their hands on the lids being that people are drinking from the lids. Just my opinion

Very helpful worker. This one guy actually took time to help me choose a drink it was my first time ordering for my self. The Mango Dragon fruit alone no water or lemonade is to die for. Love this place and its people...

Monroe, La. Doors locked, ahead order not available, curbside wasn't working either. Had to wait in drive through. Didn't have fruit and cheese box not offered. Long wait just for coffee. But it was better than most other Starbucks.

The worst Starbucks location. Everyone needs to be fired including the “manager” Cory and Starbucks needs to start over with new workers. I’ve never had to deal with so many unprofessional/rude people in one place in my life. Not only that it’ll take an hour to get your drink. And they ALWAYS close at like 5 way before they are suppose to, the whole staff just does whatever they want apparently. And works whenever they feel like it and when they do it’s VERY slow and rude.

Arrived at the counter, but after waiting several minutes, no one stepped up to take our order. Three other people joined us in waiting to order before I decided I could just do a mobile order from my phone. After placing my order and sitting down to wait, then someone finally decided to take orders for the people who walked in. Then it still took 20-30 minutes for them to finish the order. On top of that, the quality that I'm used to when I visit Starbucks, just wasn't there. I only had 2 coffees. I get that you're busy, but the staff DID NOT look rushed or have "a sense of urgency" nor did they communicate anything to their customers.

Slow doesn’t even come close. I was the only person in the line to order a drink, and it took 5 minutes for someone to come over. Then another 10 minutes to make the drink. Yes there was a line at the drive thru, but poor service is an understatement. And to make matters worse it was dirty inside. Starbucks are normally consistent, but this one is well out side the norm. I will certainly not be coming back to this location.
