Chicken was good first time getting red beans but the lady who was packing food poured her ice out her personal cup and dipped the cup in the ice machine for customers instead of using the ice scoop she looked me directly in my eyes as she started drinking it that’s unacceptable unsanitary practice especially with Covid Being Around
The Food is always good... But They Drive -Thru move so slow
The food was great! I think they need a new mic, but that's the only complaint.
Slow, bread come out of a bucket, flies everywhere but the staff have on new shirts and a few load to work. But there are a few seem to be happy and love taking care of the customers.
Every time I visit my husband's hometown, I always get some Southern Classic with a strawberry drink. Most of the time it's a hit, but every now and again it's a miss. I must say it was a double hit today
Some times you have a long wait because there are always people trying to get this delicious delicious delicious chicken!! Trust me it's worth the wait.
Chicken has nice spice, crunchy, and red beans were crazy delicious. Workers were nice and helpful. Only problem was a long wait, but that won't deter my return for this good food.
Chicken tenders were cold, red beans and rice looked and tasted like they came out of a can and were cold. I won't be back. I expected much more from the word of mouth advertisement I had heard. Nope.

The manager has a nasty attitude when I called & asked if they changed their flour or grease because my chicken was hard & tasted old. She kept suggesting I get a refund. NO MA'AM!!! She then told me they had just changed their batter water & I can come get a refund with an attitude INSTEAD of asking me if wanted another FRESH 10 piece that I just spent $21 on!!!! SAD!! SAD!!! SAD!!! DEMOTE HER IMMEDIATELY!!!!! Good way to lose all your good customers
