Food was wrong, but this is a fast food stop so don't expect to much!

The Lincoln Rd Sonic in Monroe LA is the worst… horrible service… waited 45 min for a drink and one sundae- tried to bring someone else’s order to us- called in and they said it’d be right out… 15 min later nothing.

They are unprofessional rude real bad attitude, They messed up my order Constantly. They need to retrain managers and team leaders to learn how to greet and treat customers. I will not be going back to this sonics at all. I had a unprofessional experience that had me highly upset exspecially when im spending my money everyday getting them rich. We need to come together and show them why they even got a job, because of customers. Customers are always right .

Went to Sonic on Lincoln Rd. on 4/16/2022 at around 10:30pm to order ice cream. The young lady who originally took our order was nice, but didn’t tell us that we had to wait near 20 minutes for ice cream. After she took my debit card to pay for the order, she THEN told us it would be a little wait cause she had to clean the ice cream machine (which she should’ve stated before she even took my payment ). As we waited in the drive through, we notice her being very unsanitary cleaning a machine and splashing stuff everywhere while getting the water from the fountain machine to clean another machine. After seeing that, plus waiting while they walked food out to other car’s that were behind us, we asked for a refund. The manager Johnathan Williams did the refund and was very very rude. We told him why we requested a refund and this man had the nerves to tell us that “she was actually doing us a favor by fixing the ice cream anyways “ when told it looked very unsanitary how she was cleaning the machine. He acted as if he got mad cause we asked for a refund because of what we told him. We should have been the ones upset for the wait for one. Never did he apologize for is waiting, then to be very disrespectful is absolutely absurd. Then your assistant manager Johnathan Williams told us to our face that he didn’t give a damn who we call and report him too when I told him I’ll be contacting corporate office about what I saw and his attitude. When he closed the drive thru window, after I asked for my receipt to show a refund, I observed him using profanity because i could read his lips (he was looking right at us talking). If this location has audio video, this whole situation can be heard and seen how badly he was acting and being disrespectful. He gave us the wrong receipt so I asked him for the right one to show a refund & was told by him that we are holding up his drive thru. I told him I needed my correct receipt. Clearly this is him on a daily basis because it took him so easy to get disrespectful over a refund and our concern. If this is a representation of the employees Sonic hire in leadership position, then this is terrible and concerning for a place of business.

Very rude staff, had us waiting nearly 30 min, nobody ever answered the drive through so we pulled up to the window and the lady opened the window didn’t say anything and turned around and walked off then came back with more attitude cause we pulled up after not ordering even though nobody answered on the drive through then didn’t want to honor the half price milkshake after 8 deal saying they didn’t do that there. Terrible, won’t be going to this location again!

I purchased a Steak sandwich. It took the guy taking my order forever to get it right. When I got my sandwich, the meat was extremely tough from being over cooked. I wanted pickles on it and there was 2 pickles. I threw it all in the trash.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Order through app and never get my order. ALWAYS slow busy or not!

Sorry no photo and and a photo wouldn't show how NASTY their shacks were HORRIBLE. I won't be ordering any more.

Always an enjoyable experience everytime I come to this location. The only downer is that I think the ranch dipping sauce tastes different than what it used to and the gravy in the dinner box has become rather watery the last few visits. That double oreo blast though... woo!
