Customer Service was okay. Food was hot and fresh.... However, We had to figure out which drink was which because they were not marked. Then we had to figure out which burger was which... I should not have to touch another person's burger to see if it is mine. It should be CLEARLY marked.Now with COVID and God knows what else... THESE things should be addressed. Had we as customers, not been as close as we were. .... Everything would have to have been remade.
Maybe I'm wrong but if I order a "CHEESE" burger with ketchup only, I still want the freaking cheese! If I didn't I wouldn't order a "CHEESE" burger.
Went there on my lunch break was the first in the drive thru lane carhops kept coming to my car asking if this was my order which none of them were after 20 mins I asked of they could check on my order and asked me what I had and told them the number 1 combo and they informed me "she" canceled all those orders because they was out of fries and tots and I said well u didn't let me know u canceled my order ..so I preceded tonjust get my burger and drink since I had wasted almost my entire lunch break amd then she comes back and tells me since "she" canceled all those orders I would have to go around and reorder...how anyone would think this is how a business should be ran is beyond me...i want told when I ordered they was out ot tot and fries nor was I informed my order was canceled ...will never be back ever!!!
Got all of my slushes today without any problems so far. I purchased 11 route 44 during happy hour.
Car hop brought me the wrong change. Then said ohhh it will take a min. And walked ok.. Usually I get decent service at this location..
I only wanted a slush and I always get the same flavors because it just works and it's sugar free...Peach/mango?
They were so packed when I arrived but within minutes cleared the parking lot and got my food out quickly.
The best cokes around!!Service is semi-slow.Employees are friendly.Wait time is always a given.The managers go above and beyond to make orders right.Kitchen isn't as good as it used to be, but better than what it had gotten since new owenership!!
I love this location at the mall. They're always friendly and courteous, the food is great always. Hat's off to you all @ the Pecanland Mall location.
Ordered a Sonic Blast w Snickers and the candy was completely stale. Tasted 20 years old. I had to toss out the toppings, it was gross and very disappointing when all I wanted was ice cream :(
