Waited over 45 minutes for TWO DRINKS. Never received them even though the manager told us twice that they’d be out shortly.
Tried this Sonic because I've banned myself from the one on 165 south worst service ever. But this one was okay. Tried the dill pickle burgers not my favorite but the service was good no long wait.
Ordered and proceeded to wait about thirty minutes noticed everyone kept getting their orders even though they arrived after me and the order wasn’t even big just two meals they then proceeded to say it would be out soon so we waited after the 40 minute mark I called again to get an estimate of how long it would take they say it’ll be out soon but people who arrived later kept getting their order so around the hour mark I called again to ask what was taking so long they then proceeded to say they couldn’t find my order and if I wanted to get it ringed up again and during this they had an attitude so it was just a big waste of an hour and still never got my food and this is not the first time that something similar has a happened once I got my food cold and late and with missing items and called again and had to wait another 30 minutes for a fry so on top of waiting 40 minutes for my food I had to wait another 30 to get my missing food only reason I have tried to give them multiple chances is cause they are so close to my house and when I want sonic going to a different one would take 10 extra minutes when that one’s like a minute or two away from my house
Horrible service, not that length of time in which we were asked to be helped after pulling into and pushing button to order. No it was that we hit call button twicemore to add to our order and we were responded to a few minutes passed when a young man w sonic shirt was walking by us to the convent store next door and tells us the booths were closed. It was approx 9:45 when we placed the order and approx 10:15 when we were told we'd have to use the drive thru because there wasn't an order being prepared for us. Needless to say there was no kind of service. We ask for a milk shake and was told there were none available because the ice cream wasn't frozen lmmfao, milk shakes aren't frozen.
This sonic always have your order right and hot food and sooo friendly
Terrible service. Waited over 30 minutes to get our food after it said it would be on its way, only to call in and be told they have no idea abt our order while continuing to bring out peoples food that got here after us. we only ordered drinks.
As a delivery driver, they do not seal their drinks!! That’s the first most important.. have no seals available
It drives me absolutely batty when you make me wait at the drive thru for 10 minutes or more and don't even bother to let me know you know I'm there and you will be with ime in 10 minutes whatever the problem is. Then I drive to the stall to ring you only to wait longer and watch others who came later served before me! To top it off my food is served cold and I have to send it back and wait longer! You're not even busy!
What can I say, it's sonic. Still the best place in town for drinks
My wife get home with our Dinner. We sit down she bit into her chicken sandwich and it's still raw . Just upset me,then i get my burger and bit into it and there's no bacon. Very disappointed
