Always get something that has to be cooked then. Chicken strips, steak sandwich etc.
Ice machine and ice cream machine either don't work or it works for a little while and it don't work anymore. Other than that the employees try there best with what they have.
it took 5 minutes for someone to answer the button, then once we ordered it took about 45 minutes for someone to bring out our food. we gave specific instructions about two of our food items and they made it completely the opposite of what we requested. then we were missing a burger from our order so we let them know, it took another 30 minutes for them to bring out the missing burger. my 5 year old could do better
In the drive through for 15 minutes. No one was taking orders. 4 cars left. You lost business!! This is every time. Then it takes 10 minutes to get your food. The manger needs to step up and do his or get job.
I was wrongfully terminated due to corrupt management. I actually enjoyed my job and I took extreme pride in the work here but unfortunately My growth here was hindered by unsupportive ownership.
I ordered the 3 price chicken strip meal and they looked like 3 little peices of fish. Bad meal for a high price.
Was a little disappointed that the person taking my order was too busy having a conversation with another person then they were listening to me get my order over the speaker all I can hear was them talking carrying on their personal conversation very unprofessional

On one visit, the French toast sticks were greasy, hard and cold. The Member's Mark French toast sticks taste better. On another visit, I ordered the sausage egg burrito combo. All the food was cold. On a third visit, no one would answer to take the order. This was prior to the lunch rush.
Brown Bag Special didn't know that SONIC still had it on the Menu. Just thinking about those days in High School & the Brown Bag Special was the go to after a High School game, man I had to grab that for the lady & myself just reminiscencing about those SONIC days in the 80's when SONIC was always packed after a game that was the club for us on Fridays or whenever it was a good game to attend
