Angela and her staff or super friendly. The line was full all with delicious looking pizzas. You can't go wrong with a slice of the pepporine and sausage. Will definitely be going back
When I went in the girl at the counter Cheyenne was sweet and friendly. She made suggestions on what to get to eat. The food was hot and fresh and will definitely be back.
Just got my pizza delivered. Had breadsticks that should have included marinara or their sauce. It did not after I specifically ordered breadsticks for the sauce. What a let down. Ugh
I eat at sbarro in the pecanland mall at least once a week. The staff are always friendly and they always remember exactly what I want to order. The food is always hot and delicious, I honestly haven’t had a single bad experience. Keep up the good work yall!!
The staff was friendly but the pizza was uncooked and the taste of the sauce was not good. Different from my previous visits.
The worst pizza within a 300 mile radius(?)
My daughter and visited sbarro in pecanland mall order a large pie I asked the cashier to make sure the pie was well done when the pizza pie came out the vegetables and the meat was still raw when my daughter asked the cashier about putting the pizza back in the oven she said no my daughter asked why the cashier became irate and began to yell I defused the situation and talked to the manager she agreed to make a new pie and it came out the same way she refused to refund my money then refused to talk about the problem of this raw under cooked food if this is how your company does business we will never recommend your company or do business with you again and will encourage others to do the same thank you in advance for your attention to this matter
Pizza there is really good
1 out of about 4 visits they have had Mac and cheese. I finally started to call ahead before making a stop on my way home. To no availability was there Mac N Cheese. The young man shared with me that when he arrived to work around 2:30 there was none made. I have asked if they would be making any and 3 times they have said no. I understand a couple times they would be closing in a little over an hour but in the middle of the day his response was quote I just don’t know if they have any. Closed quote. On the other two p.m. visits the young woman just said ,”no we don’t have none.” But, didn’t give me reasons:(. The pizza even when I’m starving is not that great. I remember back in the day when the pizza was so delish that I would get it on every mall outing. Now, I’m disappointed that a place like this exists in our town, embarrassing to guests that visit.
Ordered food was told I could have a tomato or two by employee manager came and said I would be charged after employee said no charge. Angela was quite rude and made me feel so lousy I didn't even enjoy my food
