The 3 course $18.99 special can't be beat. Service was good. I love the coconut shrimp and the crispy green beans.
We decided to go here for my daughter’s 13th birthday. I told the lady that walked us to our table that it was her birthday and she stated that she would let them know, I also let our waiter know that it was my daughter’s birthday and he stated as well that he will let them know. We waited over 2 hours for food, I’m normally understanding about having to wait but, we weren’t made aware that they could have possibly been short handed or they were a little backed up so I automatically assumed they were just taking their precious time just for the heck of it. I will say there was hardly anyone in the restaurant so I don’t see why the wait on our food was over 2 hours long. Oh yeah no one ever came out to sing happy birthday to my daughter, our waiter only checked on us once. And some of our food was cold.
Absolute disaster. Short on staff, understandable. Could not get refills, waited over an hour just to be served raw shrimp scampi, burnt Walts favorite shrimp, and shrimp linguini was dry, no sauce. At least the cheddar biscuits were good. Management no where to be found. Need to straighten the ship up at this location. Quick.
The waiter made my day. He was really awesome and made the experience so much better. I can't remember his name. He was a slender black male. Just wanted to say thanks.
Table was not clean and fork was dirty..food was good and came out fast.. waitress was great..my experience was ok..
This one exceeded my expectations by far. Friendly, attentive, competent service, plus exceptional food. I'd eaten the weekend before at a high-end Houston establishment, and this compared favorably. Such a pleasant surprise. The only negative was that the portions were embarrassingly huge! It took six go boxes to clear the table.

I got a cup of Lobster Bisque (Yum!), a side Caesar salad (a little overly dressed with dressing and lacked tomatoes), amd the Salmon with Shrimp and tomato relish sauce or something like that (salmon was ok, shrimp was good but the "relish" or whatever they wanted to call it was merely a slightly spicy sauce. The Cheddar Bay Biscuits were fresh and hot and good. Our Lady server was very good and very nice.
I had the worst experience I’ve ever encountered at a Red Lobster restaurant. For one, no one was at the front to greet us. We had to go look for someone so that we could be seated. It look 10 minutes for them to even ask us what we wanted to drink. They brought our salad out and the silverware was dirty. We asked for plasticware. It took over 10 minutes for them to bring us plasticware and straws. My mom ordered a baked potato, it never came out. Later, they stated there was an issue with the baked potatoes and it would be another 25 minutes. They offered her another side, but at this point, we’re almost done with our meal. We asked if they were going to do anything to comp our meal and all they did was take the extra $0.99 off for the baked potato upcharge. So, my mom was supposed to get 2 sides, but only got 1. I will NOT be back at this location again.
This is the very first time I’ve ever been satisfied with my steak at any restaurant. No one and I mean no restaurant can cook a well done steak correct. It was amazing. Great job!
