The service was terrible. I went for my birthday and never received my food then they tried to charge us for it. Couldn't get a member of management to help. My party's food was good but not worth the head ache.
Had to wait 20 minutes to be greeted after being sat, but that was after I went to the hostess stand to ask for help. Food came out late and cold. Never had a 100% crispy waffle before. Eggs hard on top and cold so I knew they had been out uncovered Server was horrible and just not attentive to our table. But was very attentive when it came time to pay. We won’t return to this location ever again.
Pretty sure they tried to cook the chicken in my quesadilla with the grill press just now, hopefully no one eats raw chicken here and gets sick. I spotted it before I tucked in but Yikes…that’s genuinely scary guys. Even a teenager knows ya don’t put raw meat in a quesadilla then grill it.
Food was great. But the service was slow, I understand new workers but don't need to sit across on a phone. Maybe next time will be better. Over all tasty food is the plus.
Wonderful food and has nice variety. Clean establishment. Didn't take long too long. My family and I will be returning soon.
I loved my shrimp and grits. I ate it so fast I apologize for not posting a picture. It was delicious ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

1000% agree with the harsh remarks. Literally went and had about 3 negative interactions before my guest and I were even seated. We still dined because it was their place of choice. Never desired to return. We know how things usually have a way of not going in our favor so I played it cool. I don’t recommend Portico to anyone coming to Monroe Louisiana. Also the flies are out of control. Flies and other small gnat like insects.
Food was ok...Staff was better...Decent place to eat I reckon..just couldn't give it a full 5 stars
