Food was hot but I paid for dessert that was not in the bag.
Man I usually don't leave reviews unless it's on a good tip but I had to today. The customer service is awful! The guy taking the order had a sassy ahh attitude! MF was rude! I gave it 2 stars bc the chicken was hot. Everything else was a disaster. Fries cold, no napkins, hot sauce, or honey like I asked for. The biggest part was the attitude for no reason. I'm a overly nice guy so I really didn't appreciate this at all!
Every time i've ever been here people especially the guy who i am assuming is the assistant manager or shift lead or something. I work for door dash picking up here and they always take longer than anywhere else and are always always always so rude to door dash drivers.
Was very pleased with the service. I only haveone gripe at the 165 location. Please fly your American flag with pride and replace the tattered one you currently display.
I love service so far . I hope they continue give out good and fresh food .
Wish I could give zero stars!!! Got food poisoning from this disgusting place, I thought I was going to die. Had a severe case of diarrhea and I vomited all night long after I ate from this horrible restaurant. Walked in on A Monday, the entire building was filled with smoke, bathrooms were not clean and disgusting, one of the workers had their school stuff and dirty shoes sitting on a lobby table, and overall the entire lobby was nasty, dirty, and was disgusting. Why in the hell, did I eat there. After, waiting about 30 mins for my food, I got sick as a dog after eating spoiled chicken. I will be contacting the Food Dept to file a complaint against this unsanitary establishment.
I did not know they closed at 11, we pull up in the drive they, for a pickup order, the menu was dark, we we’re about to pull out, when we heard a women say hello can I offer you a 15pc chicken basket for $15? We said we were her for a pickup order, it was 11:01. Again wasn’t aware they closed at 11. Then it was crickets, we waited a moment, nothing, then we drove up to window, se seen someone looking at the camera across the other side on a screen.. we could clearly see them sitting there, they turned looked right at us, turned back. Then a guy cleaning the big sink, we were so confused, someone was literally speaking to us they the drive thru order speaker moments ago. We waited 2 mins; then knocked on the window. The guy cleaning sink came outside told us they were closed and the lit is no orders for pickup. So this was absolutely ridiculous and creapy, thankfully the order was made through a third party company and avant- to cancel. But the third party company did not have corrected time close on it, now I hope it does. I told them.
Ordered 10 pc family with all breast red beans with rice, and coleslaw i forgot and they forgot to ask if i wanted spicy so I was stuck with mild.Thats why the 4* rating. I worked there in 1985 and I always asked spicy or mild. I know people have a lot on their minds when out diving. It was good non the less.Next time I'll remember spicy. I really don't like plan tasting yard bird.
This is the worst Popeye’s of all! The orders were being taken today by an ignorant young man that we have had trouble with before. He knows NOTHING and doesn’t care to learn. My wife had a free item coming from her Popeyes phone app; he acted like he’d never heard of such and refused to honor it so we drove off. We will drive to West Monroe from now on—where the workers are nice and able to think on their own.
My order always wrong and most of the time I have to wait on food. It is one man in drive thru always have an attitude
