Their drink machine wasn't working, ac wasn't working food order was and always wrong. I hate giung their. I have kot eaten their in 2 years and it's still the same we won't b back
They are slow and food is not always fresh. I believe they need a pop up inspection and audit.
We should not be going wrong with fries but mine were so old and soggy they were able to mush a large order into a small bag. Eww. I was disappointed in that. The staff were smiling and very friendly. I just wish the fries were as great. Keep up the good work! Improve the fries ?
My experience was terrible. although my food was hot, delicious, and accurate; my visit was terrible The young lady who was working the drivethru was incredibly rude and completely dis satisfactory as far as customer service or even by the most simplistic standards of communication She had an attitude from the VERY beginning and refused to give me the sauces I was asking for as well Useven shut the window in my face and ignoring me trying to speak to her. UNACCEPTABL E!!
Ordered 5 piece spicy tenders and they was rhe smallest tenders 8ve ever seen at Popeyes the first one I bit info was raw. I instantly threw it in the trash. I never has a bad experience with Popeyes but this location absolutely horrible.
Food was fresh, server was better than last visit, staff improving. Service was even better, staff promptly greeted me, and manager was very polite
Soooo I’d love to give this place five stars (I love Popeyes) but they served me soured red beans and rice. They didn’t Awnser the phone so I had to drive in the rain.. I went back through the drive through and they gave me ANOTHER soured red beans and rice. Only plus I can give is the staff had courteous attitudes. It smelled terrible.
They just threw our food in the bag and threw peppers with alot of juice in the bag. They didn't answer the phone when tried to call back
Popeyes is not the same like it use to be . It's either too cold, the taste of old oil, or either under cooked.
Food is usually good but they been slacking lately. I do a mobile order but my last 2 times my order has been messed up. I get the 3 pc tender meal supposed to be mild but got mild/spicy mixed 1 time & straight spicy the other time.
