Shut this place on 165 down and hire people who actually want to work. Waited 30 min for food until we eventually backed up to the window again and was met with an attitude and just handed us our food without saying anything. We will be going to the West Monroe location for now on. I definitely encourage everyone to go to that Popeyes.
Just left this Popeyes 5 mins ago! I made my order and was asked to pull up too the window to pay. After receiving my order I asked if the meal comes with any biscuits. She replied no! So I replied to her,that i would like purchase 2 biscuits. The girl actually tried too charge me 9$ for 2 biscuits! At first I thought she was just joking. Until I asked again and again she said yes it will be 9$ for 2 biscuits. I drove away confused and disappointed of course. But I knew she had to be lying or too lazy to go back and get them. So I decided to go to the Popeyes by the ULM college and low an behold! Got 2 biscuits for 2.19! I suggest avoiding this Popeyes on Louisville, until they train their employees to work instead of lying!Popeyes #20551=10L 1=8 C=403
The first Popeyes I've ever been to. It was delicious. The service was bad, very bad. God awful bad. If it wasn't for at that time being the only Popeye's in town I would have gone somewhere else for chicken. Now I live where the service is fair, but the food is God forsaken awful.
Food was hot.. but the wait was long..my order was wrong when i received it .but they got it corrected..
Your food was really good it was fresh flavorful and hot
They say there closed a hour early than they supposed to so everything is clean come time to close and only sell what they have already cooked2 hours before closing
It's hit or miss with this location. During lunch hours except fresh food and a line. Friday night at 7:00 pm, there won't be any tea made(and not offended), chicken sandwiches will be cold, literally. Rude
Employee doesn't take orders through the drive through in order. Favors 1st line. 4 people placed orders before me and I was there ahead of them.
Popeyes is not known for great customer service, its like all their employees are the same no matter the location you visit.
Fast food restaurant managers and owners really need to train their employees to have better customer service. I had no napkins nor silverware in my bag.
