By far the best Pizza Hut we have ever experienced. Food was phenomenal and service can't be beat.
Usually pretty good. Gave me the wrong order last time, but got it resolved.
The cookie was tasty but the pizza was to greasy and the bread was soft as if it wasn't baked fully
The service I received was the worst in a long time. Long story short I placed a mobile order for a supreme & recieved a cheese pizza instead. When I told them about it they said all the specialty pizzas where being transmitted to the restaurant as cheese pizzas. "It's been doing that a while. You have to call up here afterwards". Wth!? Horrible. Do better.
My husband ordered an extra cream cheese for our Cinnabon. No one in my household has touched this and this is what we got. Does it supposed to look like this? It sure does look like someone has been into this.
The delivery driver was great. He called before he got to the door and was very polite!
The pizza was prepared just as I specified in my special order. This is the 2nd time I have ordered with the build your own feature and was completely satisfied.
I ordered a meat lovers with extra sauce. I received an undercooked meat lovers with absolutely no sauce, mostly sausage, and the sausage was undercooked. One of the worst pizzas i’ve ever had. Digorno embarrasses this pizza for 1/4 the price.
They were out of stuff crust pizza and didn’t put my replacement in. So when I got there to pick up my food, I didn’t have my replacement for the stuff crust. So I had to wait for them to cook my replacement pizza. Other food was not as fresh after having to wait on the other pizza
Pizza was hot, fresh, and ready within the given time window to pick up. Quality ingredients, ample quantity of toppings. Friendly service. Great experience.
