Half my order went to room across the hall (staying @ Hampton Inn). And the room across hall didn't get one of the pizzas ordered. Also gave a $20 tip. Driver only received $10. Then while trying to get it worked out. The woman working hung up on me twice. She said her name was Brittney. But doubt she was honest about her name. I would like a call back from a manager or general manager as employee would not let me talk to them.
zero stars gives u pizza that they had left put way before your order repeats it turns the cheese into krispt and ruined. Gives u a old cookie that ain't fresh its steil very concerned about the health and safety of costumers as undress food is a risk getting sick store em refuse to re are there mess up refuse to hp me acted very rude and hung uphealth and safety warning don't eat here
Papa Johns has always been good to me but tonight my pizza was literally undone ! Only thing you can taste is dough !
Had a last minute need to pick up food. Website says store closes at 11pm. I walked in at 9:45pm. I was told store closes at 10:30pm and I would have an hour wait. Store ours need to be updated or this issue must be looked into. This cost me valuable time and most other places closed at 10pm. VERY INCONVENIENT!!!

I rarely, if ever, order Papa John's because it's so exspensive. But today I did. I ordered ahead of time to be picked up at 4:30. I sent my husband to pick it up.he got there a little early at 4:15 and my order was sitting in the window. He asked one of the workers when it had been ready and they just stared at him. My husband picked up the box and the pizza was stone cold. He's not the type to say anything but I am. I know I could just put it in the oven, but I paid 25.00 for this dangin pizza and I shouldn't have to cook it too. Very disappointed and I won't order again
My pizza was delivered by Door dash for some reason. It was cold and they didn't cut the pizza well.
Order was prepared quickly and precise. Staff was pleasant.
Placed my order online at 3pm. At 430 when no one still had shown I called and was told because I wasnt paying cash that they could not deliver my order. Cash option was available on website. Lady was rude and whole experience so unprofessional.
Good pizza but took longer than it should. They are short staffed.
