Horrible service. I bought a beef n broccoli bowl. Not one piece of beef was in my plate. All broccoli n rice. I'll never go back there again
I wish I could go lower than one star. I listened to the manager and the girl that promised to bring me my food hee haw and laugh it out for 10 minutes. 20 minutes later I still had no food and they caught an attitude with ME when I complained about it.I literally watched them pile up plates of food for people instead of bringing me mind. Do not go to this garbage location. You'll get your food faster if you drive to Shreveport.
So I get my order of split noodle and rice. Where is the noodles? And when I call they said I got double ?
I eat here once a week and can never tire of it! The honey sesame chicken and chow mein is so delicious!!!
I ordered a teriyaki rice bowl today. Biggest mistake I could have made. First off the rice was CRUNCHY the meat was kind of cut but in huge chunks. There was NO teriyaki sauce to put in the bowl except some in cold refrigerated packets. There are no knives to cut the meat into smaller pieces. After putting the sauce in the bowl everything was just luke warm. Worst $11.00 spent. WILL NOT RETURN!!!
I love the orange chicken!! My granddaughter loves the walnut honey shrimp!Maybe had a couple order issues, but most all experience was great. I give 5 star bc their service is great, food is most all time great. When I did have issues they were always quick to resolve. Why give less than 5 stars when they did the best they could and made sure to always make you welcome!We need Panda Express in West Monroe!!
They didn't complete my online order and begin fulfilling the order until I arrived 10 minutes after the pickup time. I had to drive back to get the rest of my order. When I called to let the management know they had not completed my order the person on the phone wanted to know if I wanted to get my food on another day. I spent 85 dollars for 6 people to eat and one of my older kids meals was missing. I didn't think I had to feed them in a few days. The person on the phone told me " oh you want this now? Not in a few days? " I was flaberghasted. The food i was missing was made only after the senior person and I went thru the entire receipt several times to make sure that only what was missing was newly made. My wife made the online order and the eggrolls didn't make it in the order so I had to purchase them while I was there. They were the last in the serving bowl on the line....they were terrible. I would think that good customer service would have made fresh eggrolls and not charged me for them. I had to come back across town and argue for my food and buy more of what I thought was already there. I would not recommend getting dinner there.
The food was cold and there was a very strong scent of bleach as the employee was mopping the floor while we were eating
The food was excellent tasted wonderful. The employees were nice and kind.
My kids absolutely love this place. They beg to go here. My personal favorite is the black pepper steak over fried rice *chef's Kiss*
