Lobby is closed at 3 o’clock on a Sunday and the hours of operation so the lobby is open. Drive-through took 42 minutes to get last car then they said they were out of meat.
It was ok.. food was good but took a while to get waited on and we were the only ones there so kinda aggravating
First McDonald's I have been to in months, almost a year actually, that gave me hot fresh fries without making me feel they were angry that I came.
I ordered happy meals not knowing that there was a cockroach on the outside of the box I’m not a happy customer
Very good if you eat in and it's all hot, crispy fries and melty cheese on your sandwich!Usually, before the coronovirus, that what we did. After coronavirus it's sit in line for 10+ minutes to get your order and be sure to rip open the bag and eat those crispy fries before leaving the parking lot. Then each your burger at home!
The food is ok. Sometimes you can go and it is hot and fresh but if i had to choose another McDonald's i would choose this location last
Had horrible customer service. The lady at the drive through window rolled her eyes at me when I asked for the ranch that I ordered and she forgot to place in the bag. To top it all off my nuggets were cold
We got there in line before 10:30 by the time we got there to order I was 10:35 they would not serve us a sausage egg cheese & mcmuffin. My husband really loves these he has therapy 3 times a week we always stop & get him breakfast before. It was just irritating that they would not serve us a mcmuffin 5 minutes after when we were in line at 10:20
They said it would take 5 minutes for my wife's chicken nuggets and it took over 30 minutes and whenever I went to check in the bag to see if everything's there I was very rudely rushed to get out of the way by the drive thru worker and my wife's nuggets were not even in there. Just my chicken nuggets. So you best believe that I went back around and got those nuggets. Don't tell me to get out of the way whenever I'm checking to see if my food was there. She knew damn well my food wasn't there that's why she was trying to rush me and pull one over on me and my wife.
It's like people dont even care anymore this used to be my favorite place to get my fraps! Now it's like no 1 . Wants to do there job ! If you ask them anything. They look at you rolling there eyes.. I cant dill... put a smile on your face. People be glad you have a job . Your Blessed ..
