It was great probably the best one yet the food was hot when they brought it out and the service was superb. All a round it gets 5 stars from me. The McDonald's in Monroe L.A. great job
The Canadian Bacon on the Egg McMuffins were dry, curled up on the edges and the edges were hard. One they put regular bacon on it instead of the Canadian Bacon.
Very bad customer service, sat in drive thru for approximately 16 minutes, upon ordering the female taking orders was truly rude and unprofessional. I thanked her, and refused to continue an order here.
Everything was got fresh 4 on the restroom bc someone messed it up mostly sparkling clean love that very friendly staff was patient to me I was accommodated fory wait thanks ?
It was fast easy 2 lanes make for a faster drive true pace and excellent fresh food and sweet service I mite add !!
Very poor service, I placed a order of 2 burgers with no cheese and when I told the young man, his words well I need the receipt. I gave it to him and it took 15 minutes to replace them. Then when a lady brought the burgers out to me I ask for the receipt back and she enored me. I had to call and ask for my receipt than she stated " we threw it away. I told her I needed it back and she drought out the same one. Very poor customer service. I visit this McDonald's every Sunday and Wednesday night I get the same order I have always received great service, but tonight it was poor.
My order fries was not cook all the way and my fish was not fresh and my coke was water down with no ice nothing wasn't great about my meal
Maybe it's just this location but my sausage biscuit was hard as a brick. I just ate the sausage and threw the biscuit it the trash. Come McDonald's you have to do better. Customer service was good and fast but food quality needs improvement.
Most disgusting chicken sandwich I've ever had in my life. It was hard and chewey and ended up in the garbage. ?
They gave me sausage biscuit instead of my hashbrown. Didn't check until I yot home . Bummer
