Ordered 2 burgers with added tomato. Charged for tomatos and didn't get any. I'll start sitting in the drive thru while I check each burger from now on.
I ordered two 40 pieces only got a one of them. Also had order hamburgers and didn’t get those until I asked at pick up window. Stay away horrible service!!!!
Breakfast line is the best time to go and know that everything is fresh.
Mobile order my food. When I went through drive thru, no problem. But at the second window, she gave me my drink. I had to wait five minutes before she realized my meal was also near the counter. Disappointed

This mcdonalds is the worst! They couldn't ring up the spicy nugget meal on the register. The cashier still didn't get the order right! Not even half of the drink fountain wasn't working! The fries tasted like they were cooked yesterday and COLD! The nuggets were hard as a rock! Then they didn't have anybody to run the front counter. So all the customers that were paying cash had to leave and go through the drive through! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
Took forever to bring out my mobil order and then when I told him he forgot are drinks he never brought them out still.waiting..
Whoever made my McChicken needs to be retrained or not be high on the job because a McChicken should not have JUST melted cheese on it. It should have mayonnaise and lettuce. LOL.
Food was horrible! Change your grease in fryers!! If I could give negative stars I would. Employees are rude and hateful!
On one visit, I purchased the Filet O Fish sandwich only. The bun was slightly burnt and dry. No tartar sauce, mayo etc on sandwich. I requested that the sandwich be made fresh. Not. On a second visit, the pancakes were a little hard and the caramel macchiato I ordered tasted like watered down coffee. Sometimes, the food is great and sometimes it is not so great and that includes the service.
