What good evening at church then fellowship afterwards here at Logans steak house. I enjoyed my steak and the salad was very good. Ive been getting blue cheese dressing everytime i eat out for over a year now. Many places, and here i rank the blue cheese in the top 3. Place was clean. Servers were kind and did a good job. I let my steak stand alone. Why ruin it with sauce. Good job Logans
I went inside to order a salad and dessert at 5:15 pm. I told the To Go person that I would be in the curbside spot so he could bring it out. At 5:36 pm, I called to tell them I was waiting in the curbside parking. I was told it would be right out and he hung up on me. At 5:45 pm, I go back inside to see why it was taking so long. Another employee went to check and came to tell me it would be 10 more minutes. At 6:01 pm, I go back in to tell them to cancel the order. Another employee goes to the back and comes back up to tell me it just came out of the oven. I ordered a salad and dessert for heavens sake. Another employee got the manager. She came up to apologize and offer to refund my money. I get back to my hotel room to eat my salad. The avocado was so hard and not only looked like rubber but tasted like it too. I love avocado but I refused to eat that. On top of that, there was so much brown lettuce in it that I had to throw it away. I travel to this area and stay nearby but this is the LAST time I'll eat there.
OMG my steak was absolutely correct and delicious, everything was awesome except for the steamed broccoli, they can do a little better ??
Horrible!!! The waitress told me that I had to tell the kitchen staff how to cook my dam steak!! I ordered the Logan and I cut into my steak and it was not well done at all!! It was red. I sent it back and I still could not eat all of it. It was still half raw. I will never come back here. U should not have to tell a steak house how to cook a steak. I'll know next time. I'm going to outback. The manager did give me a discount but I still won't be back. And the waitress told me well, u ordered a thick steak and it takes a while to cook it. Really??? And our waitress was more concerned about flirting with someone at the bar than us. We had to ask for rolls and ketchup four times. And I would have liked to have my salad before my steak, not with it.
The food was fresh and the waitress was just awesome. Didn't have to ask for anything the entire time. Some good finds on the new menu also.
Food was hot and fresh my only issue was I order the catfish platter and I received some other type of fish. The server was really nice but it was very slow service. Probably well stop in again if traveling through.
The service was very slow. My wife and I shared a 16oz Ribeye ordered medium. It was very done and dry. The side of broccoli was cooked to a mush. We dont ever plan to go back. I didn't complain to anyone there, but it was a terrible experience other than the rolls which were very good.
My husband and I have eaten at Logan’s many times. We have always had great food and service has always been good as well. Last week was our 37th wedding anniversary and we went to eat at Logan’s. The waiter was very friendly and apologetic. However I ordered a steak well done and a baked potatoe and salad. The only thing I could really eat was the salad. The potato was nearly raw. I could not even mix in my sour cream. The cheese was melted but was cold and hard. The well done steak was more like medium rare. I could only eat around the edges of the steak. I thought once I showed the waiter we would have gotten some compensation for such an error. But we received nothing but an apology from the waiter. Will definitely think twice before considering returning on a special occasion like an anniversary or birthday. It was so disappointing.
Our waitress worked really hard and did an excellent job. The kitchen… well… they could use some cooking lessons.
Hadn't been here in some time because of service and stories of food being made wrong. Was told about a 20-30 minute wait, wasn't told that was after you ordered your food. Actual wait time for a table was around 15 minutes. After we ordered and had sat there for some time our waitress passed by and went into the kitchen and asked if the food for our table was ready because we had been sitting there a while. She came out and informed us that our food would be out shortly because the kitchen was backed up. It was another 5 to 10 minutes before the food came out, which the steak was cold. A little over 30 minutes of waiting for the food, and it came out cold. A 6oz steak with fries and a "fried cheese" bacon burger with fries. The menu and the ticket both said waffle fries, but regular fries is what they served, I'm guessing because of "supply issues," the burger used to have a fried cheese patty that the menu cautions "will be hot," only to be substituted for 3 room temperature cheese sticks. The menu also described the burger as having burger sauce, but I had to ask for it, only to be told that the kitchen said no condiments come on the burger, only to be brought salad dressing and it was "thousand island," because that's what goes on it. I don't think I'll be back for a very long time.
