Had one extremely horrible experience from a waitress I am assuming was Melissa per my receipt...she gave one bad experience after another and then continued on yelling at her Co workers..then a lady who said she was a manager asked of we were ok and I told her "Actually no" and the waitress we had should be immediately fired for not only horrible service to me and my family but also yelling at her co workers and she said "well I'm trying to give her a chance"...ummmm NO... she had her chance and should be fired... should be noted a customer before me had made a major complaint and there was also another couple who got up and left due to lack of service while I was there..she actually had the gall to say she was overwhelmed when the entire restaurant was empty.. I would sure hate to see her during a rush.. I'm pretty sure I won't be back to IHOP no matter how much my family wants to go...and I should add the air conditioning system in this place SUCKS for LA heat and humidity.. very miserable to Dine here
My daughter & I had been in Louisiana's heat the whole day. She suggested we go in & sit down somewhere & I'm glad we did! IHOP, my budget friendly dining experience when they were kids, was calling! At 5:30 in the evening, it was rather empty, but we got what we were looking for. I had the Colorado omelet, delicious, & she had the breakfast sampler. Since she's eating for 2, we also enjoyed the sampler appetizers as well. Everything was hot & fresh. The service was definitely great as well. The only drawback, cooperate needs to work on the a/c unit. On those draining days, cool air is quite refreshing. Overall, my daughter & I had a memorable & fun experience, thanks IHOP!
Service was excellent compared to how busy it actually had gotten while we were there. Tried to time it to where we'd beat the after-church traffic since it was Easter. Our server was very attentive to her section and constantly checking on all of us.
The young sever was very polite, he check in on us ask was things ok the food was great thanks to the cook, my husband tried to eat my omelet he had steak sandwich our favorite place because because we ate at a waffle house for our first date and it was not good, we had our second date here and we always come back at least twice a month we will be together for 3 years in August 26, see you all soon, keep up the good work.
I had previously gave this place 1 star because they only open HALF the resturant last time I went and the wait was HORRENDOUS!! Went a few days ago and they finally had the other side open so the wait was not long at all, our waiter was very nice, and the food was good!
I just wanted to let someone know about my experience. I was seated to have breakfast and waited over an hour & 20 minutes to watch a family that came in after me to be served! I left immediately!!! This was very annoying & aggravating.The staff is very unorganized & inattentive! Never again
Understanding... Short staffed but it was not good, cold food, some food ready, some wasn't. I like all my food at one time and hot when I get it.please do better.
Food was mediocre at best service was great aside from having to get up and get my table a bottle of ketchup
Loud, unclean, staff inefficient and openly arguing with each other as they slowly, slowly, slowly, served below average food.
Took an hour and a half to get food when the restaurant was half full on a Sunday Morning. Service was terribly slow and cold as if they were ignoring my table. You'll do better going to Dennys or Waffle House or just making food at home
