I had the Tuna steak (medium) & it was surprisingly the best I've had (& for tuna that's kind of a tough statement to believe since most tuna steaks taste the same)! I think it may have been the dipping sauce, but definitely worth a repeat trip.

Monroe original. Genusas has been around for a long time. It's a great atmosphere. I like the bar room. It's dim lighting with candlelight makes it very romantic. If you have children or just want more light you can request the main room.

This is one of rhe few places we're the steak is 1000% worth it. Plenty of places ha e a good cut that's cooked right, this is that and full of flavor. The butter sauce is so flavorful and for a change of pace have a side slice with a hint of balsamic. AMAZING

Good nicer place to eat, prices can be very reasonable, some dishes as low as $16, much of the menu is more expensive but everything I tried was good. The sides of pasta that come with some of their entrees seemed like an after thought and were not very good. The entrees themselves were all very good. Appetizers are also very good, mushroom, duck and shrimp options were all good. Service was a little slow and in my opinion well below par for a restaurant in this price range. As competition for this restaurant is slim in this area I will likely return, and I did enjoy dinner here.
