This place was awesome. Six of us so not gonna lidt everyone's order, but lemme say it was fast, correct, delicious, good value, and a pleasant surprise from expectations. Management was very friendly and came at an appropriate amount of time after we started eating to check on us and make sure that everything was satisfactory. The place is immaculately clean. All staff was super friendly. Just a great quick lunch!
I really like it. They greet everyone that comes through the door with a big loud smile. And my sandwich was deeelish. But the next time we go I am going to see if I can have my sub My Way (with extra stuff).Just Me, De6-20-22
The staff and food were both great! My only disappointment was the beverage. Ordered a large size meal, received a huge cup, nice! Filled it with Barqs Vanilla Cream Soda (the best), light ice, without tasting first (my fault :/ ). Poured it all down the drain bc the drink was horrible.
Great food and friendly people! Manager even comes around and thanks customers for being there!I did have flashback to Netflix's Breaking Bad series where Mr Fring thanks customers! lol
The food here is great but be aware your going to spend alot I bought a 6 inch meatball on wheat combo meal and spent 17$ so it's not cheap to that's for sure
Everyone has their own favorite types of subs but they have 3 different ones on this menu that I continually come back for and they are always made very well
The manager here definitely cares about his customers. He went above and beyond for us when his staff was preoccupied. The restaurant was very clean and there was someone constantly sweeping and wiping down tables. Will definitely come back.

Amazing engineers subs . We come all the way from Jonesboro to Monroe to get sandwiches. Quality customer service and everyone is always nice . We absolutely love everything.
Since all prior visits have been satisfying experiences, we visited our local Firehouse Subs again yesterday. - This time, I ordered the "Hero" sub. - When I got home, I ended up throwing most of it into the trash because the bottom bread was very soggy and completely wet! - Very gross! - I don't know if it's a local issue or franchise-wide, but nothing was added to make it wet, so I don't know what caused it. - I do know, however, it costs too much to throw it away, so I am very reluctant to return to Firehouse!
