Placed order at 12:50pm. Got to the window for pickup 40 mins later and Was told it would be an additional 13 Mins. Almost an hour for a pizza?....I think not.

Three separate employees came to the drive-thru window on three separate occasions to ask for the name of the order. After waiting almost an hour since the order was placed, to top things off, I saw the lady drop the pizza cutter on the floor and then picked it back up and cut my pizza. I’m not sure if that was intent or not, but that makes me sick to my stomach.

Sat down with family and truly enjoyed ourselves, Pizza was fresh, staff were awesome Perry Baker is the coolest manager I've met.

If I could give zero stars I would!Horrible customer service. The dough is always raw and they never give you your dipping cups. If you are not supposed to "argue" with customer perhaps you shouldn't think you can say whatever you please then hang up in someone face. No one should have to come pick up something that YOU left out. I WILL NEVRR ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Let me add I ordered a Brooklyn-style pizza and I received an original-style pizza with a thinner crust. Smh.

Absolutely the worst customer service and obviously the management could careless!! Baffles me me how someone could own a business and could careless how it is being operated. WOW!!!!

My order was wrong but was added a credit to my account for future purchase. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Food good and quality is good too but there’s no way to get ur wings well done…. I’ve called and everything but I guess it’s nothing they can do

Location has been severely understaffed leading to 2 bad experiences within a month. First was a delivery order, it kept going all over Monroe and stated that food has arrived; but it was nowhere to be found. Could not contact the driver, and calling the store did not help. They just put me on hold and never answered any other calls. Food arrived about 35 mins after they said it was delivered. Another time, ordered for curbside pickup, tracker showed item was ready and kept waiting. No one came out with the order for about 15 more minutes, so decided to go through the drive-thru window, was told it'll be another 20 minutes. This used to be a good location, but not anymore.

I've had horrible service the last three times I've ordered from this location. I will NOT be ordering from them again! It either takes way longer than stated, the order is wrong or they left something off the order. I call and they act like they couldn't care less. The first time they forgot something, I called. I was told they could bring it, but it would be an hour and a half wait. Excuse me? YOU messed up on an ordered I placed and paid for BEFORE the orders you're working on now and I have to wait until you're done with those?! I don't think so. They gave me a store credit. When I ordered again and used the credit, they messed up my order AGAIN. Last night was the final straw. It took 2 hours to get the order. I kept getting notifications stating is was out for delivery but the time changed with each one. Then I got a notification stating it had been delivered but I had no pizzas. It finally came 20 minutes later. At least it was correct this time. The next time I'm craving pizza, I'll be ordering from Pizza Hut or Papa John's. It may cost more, but it will be worth not having these issues.
