Milkshakes are so good it makes me forget that they can't make a simple grilled cheese to save their life... the name says it all "GRILLED CHEESE". NOT cheese toast!!!!But somehow 5 times now I get some burnt a§ cheese toast.. but like I said the shakes make u forget lol

A bacon cheeseburger with mayo only is a simple order. Apparently, for the DQ located at 1600 Sterlington Road, Monroe, LA it is not. What I received is a cheeseburger with everything, including bacon that was undercooked! The manager was rude when I called to tell her about my experience! I had to give 1 star because that’s the only way I could give this review! This DQ deserves no stars and no more money from me!

Staff are lazy. It takes over 2 minutes at drive-thru order for someone to answer. Watched 3 people before me just leave because they were tired of waiting. Loosing alot of business here. Must not have a manager on site. Staff are rude to customers.

I ordered on door dash due to being presses for time. I waited in the lobby 10 minutes before someone came out and told us the lobby is closed go through the drive through. Then I had to sit in the drive through an addition 10 minutes because the line was so long. I was late to my meeting. I really thought about leaving my food but it was prepaid for.

A lot of these complaints seem to be based off ignorance on the customers part purely because they don’t know how the business works. Customers are pulled up even when there’s no one behind you because you food is likely getting ready. Simply put, if you’re order has to cook you have to pull up. DUH! Also the employees have told me several times their lobby opens at 11 not 10:30. Back when I was working fast food if we didn’t have enough people on the clock we couldn’t open the lobby, maybe think about the 3 people working inside who can only spread themselves so thin. Also if you see there’s 10 people all waiting for ice cream in the lobby, why order the Ice cream and complain about it??? ? If you knew it’s a wait why would you be angry, you got yourself in that situation. And to stay on that topic going inside doesn’t make your food come out faster. If there’s 5 workers in the store when you’re waiting in the drive through, there’s gonna be 5 when you go inside. CLEARLY! ??Also ordering to go inside won’t make it faster either, in that business they tend to go by when it’s ordered. Always remember that if you go somewhere when it’s busy, that the workers are already doing their 100% and you do not go above or before another customer. Speaking of that I saw someone complain about a mobile order, when I worked fast food mobile orders are made when you get here, you don’t skip the line whatsoever. Because if they made your large fries 30 minutes ago when it showed up you would complain about it being cold. But instead you wait a half an hour later during the lunch rush, when they have to make more, to come. On that same note delivery apps most likely don’t get served faster than regular customers, again the make it when you get there, maybe not the ice cream cause they always get it out fast when I’ve DoorDashed. I don’t think I saw anyone say this but I feel like it needed to be said, why would you go somewhere that closes 20 minutes or less, and be mad you’re can’t really get anything……Tbh I wouldn’t give you anything either, especially after they cleaned the machines. OH! And fast food employees don’t care you were in the drive through before they closed, you got in the line seeing it was long, and stayed there SEEING IT WAS LONG. ? Why should they have to stay longer because you “waited so long” these are probably teenagers and young adults with school and stuff in the morning ?? Oh yea and maybe their machines turn off after they close I mean y’all gotta think about this stuff. The one lady said sumn about an employee asking her to wait a moment, she prolly doing 4 other things, youll be ok waiting ?At the end of the day we have to understand each other and understand that we can only do so much. Maybe next time you’re mad about something politely ask why and you’ll learn something new.

Im sorry to say, but after having to wait nearly 15 minutes for my food, I expected it to be ? HOT! Fries were lukewarm and the burger wasnt hot either. Matter of fact the cheese was cold and not melted at all. The Malt was great....too bad my food was not. Come on DQ, yall can do better!

Came through the drive thru today to get some ice cream I was ordering a banana split blizzard. Was told no bananas so I said do Oreo was told we are out of Oreos so I then said brownie and was told we are out of brownies. I finally said just forget it. Worker was very rude at the window.

Extremely rude staff. Lady that took our order was unprofessionally rude and just plain lazy. She did not want to acknowledge us as we ordered, gave dirty looks and acted as if she did not have time to take our order because talking to her coworkers about non work stuff was more important. Won’t ever be returning again.

Ordered the SpongeBob ice cream cake this past Monday. Received a call from the GM the next day regarding the cake and how they didn't have the exact type but had the toys. I was perfectly fine with that and let her know it was okay. Whoever made my cake was completely wonderful and went out of their way to make a true "spongebob cake". Thank you so much for making a wonderful cake for my son.

it’s 10:37 Saturday morning & the woman (who we assume is supposed to open the store just) stood on the other side of the glass door shaking her head at my family… after a few minutes of us standing outside super confuse we decided to walk away.the owner & management should be ashamed of their opening crew, this was extremely unprofessional & Dairy Queen as a corporation should be embarrassed of the incompetence of their staff.
