I have learned a lesson, NEVER EVER eat from church's chicken on the south of Monroe, la. They store is nasty inside and I had to wait 20 minutes then wait 26 more minutes after I placed my order. The Mac and cheese was half full and burnt and the chicken did not have no seasoning and to top it all off the gravy on the potatoes was sour. Customer service was very bad, when they finely got the order ready.... She opened the window and said here. But the time I set waiting on my order, everyone inside was on there phone and had loud music playing. Smh.
Went through the drive-thru and got a 3 piece and a drink.Chicken was excellent.
Desired St Monroe, LA location -0 starsDrive-Thru young lady had no idea what the Family Texas Grande Meal consisted of even after reading the ad off the board verbatim.Male took over stating he was the Manager was very rude, hostile, & threatening body language untying his apron, pulling his pants up aggressively.Explained repeatedly was placing the order by the ad, this person made it very clear nothing will happen to him and there is no recording!Just WOW, no customer service, respect, or safety -0 stars
If you spend more than 15 minutes in line behind 4-5 other cars than something is seriously wrong. The staff exhibits attitudes and are slow in fulfilling the order. I have tried this restaurant at least 3 times and the service remains the same. Taking my money and business somewhere else.
Chicken was dried out with no flavor old. Will not go back to this location again. Matter of fact your Monroe Locations are not good anymore to me. There is no quality care in the food it is just thrown together. ???!!!!
The person taking orders does not listen for everything a person wants. Didn't include biscuits when the order was being packaged. Had to wait 20 minutes after the store was told the order was wrong. Had to go inside to get everything corrected. This started when a new person was hired several weeks ago. She needs to be terminated. Store at 1613 Arizona Ave in Monroe, LA.
Can't go wrong with chicken. Great customer service.
